Aside from the stellar technology, the highlight of working with Influitive has to be the people who power the company. I'm supported every step of the way by my CSM, account manager, and any other internal team I get to work with. My company hosts fairly complex online summits/events, Influitive makes it so easy to transfer assets + information to and from our main hub <> event hubs.
I wish reporting was a bit easier to navigate. There is a TON of great information to sift through, but the UX within the reporting could be better.
As client marketer, the challenges I face daily are how to successfully turn clients into shining advocates. Influitive is the perfect spot to wrap all initiatives into one; community, references, referrals, events, webinars, etc.
Influitive is, well, intuitive to use. I haven't used other tools for comparison, but it's been easy to replicate challenges, engage, and reward your advocates. They take your suggestions into account and are always improving the feature functions. Customer support teams are quick to respond and CSMs try to provide ideas to help raise your program to the next level.
As with any tech, glitches sometimes happen and it may take some time figure out why and fixes for them.

To be honest, this is my first company that I have worked in a Customer Marketing & Advocacy role. So Influitive is the only customer community I've ever known, but it's the only one I'll ever need. The platform is intuitive that I was able to quickly understand it and engage with our customers. I also love the ideas and support that I receive from being in Influitive's community! That along with the incredible support from our account and support teams have been critical to ensure we understand and are leveraging all aspects of Influitive.
No complaints from me. They are integrated or have extensions to all of the other marketing tech stack, so we have no complaints there!
There was a brief time that our invitations were needing to be manually pushed through and there was a SalesForce block, but the support team was on it and helped troubleshoot very quickly and stay in contact with updated along the way.
I love this platform, you have a lot of amazing features and the best thing is that Influitive always release new update. Every month we always have something new to use and the last couple of updates are really beneficial for the platform.

Since the Lenses update, I am able to finally show regional teams what their advocates can see based on target. We've had a big increase in all the the metrics!
It's a great way for cusotmers to interact, helps you pinpoint advocates for speakers, case studies, etc and is fun! Customers are able to earn points for their activites which keeps them engaged and coming back. They can redeem those points for rewards and Influitive is easy to navigate for everybody.
There isn't much I dislike. I think it's pretty easy to navigate on the back end and has a good end user experience. Sometimes the integrations can be tough to set up and sync but customer service is quick to respond.
We wanted a way to reward our advocates in a meaningful way. This enables us to interact with them, provide them opportunites to volunteer for advocacy activies as they have time and engage together for networking or product help.

Influitive is the only platform you need to build an efficient advocacy hub for customers. Through the platform, we have been able to connect with customers, allow them to provide us with product and company feedback, facilitate discussion groups, and create fun challenges, which are all gamified. It allows us to build our advocacy initiatives right into the platform, including the option to participate in case studies, speaker opportunities, testimonials, CABs, and more. The UI is fantastic and the support team is great.
Nothing at all! There are regular improvements, the account team is fantastic, issues are resolved quickly, and the product team communicates updates regularly.
Influitive has allowed us to become closer to our customers and enhance our outreach. It's a fantastic tool to not only bring our VIP customers and advocates into a community where they can interact with their peers, but also provides them an opportunity to participate in our advocacy initiatives and receive constant updates about our product from our team. I find the engagement is fantastic and we wouldn't have been able to have the insights we do without this platform.

The support and customer success I've received working with Influitive is top notch! It's been a huge factor in my success so far. The product helps me engage my customers and advocates on a daily basis. The gamification sets it a part from other platforms I've used in the past. I've been to a few industry events this year, and it was great to meet the team members they sent to those events.
One thing I hope to improve next year is my reference program and integration with salesforce - hopefully Influitive can get me closer to these objectives.
It can be challenging to engage customers in my industry, as well as get acts of advocacy and content from them. The Influitive platform is like a bucket you can send your customers to in order to feed them your educational and support resources. Over time, the Influitive platform has helped me find customers that were willing to volunteer for reference calls and case studies.
