What do you like best about Greenhouse?

GH is very easy to customize to meet our needs, even post-implementation

What do you dislike about Greenhouse?

The only downside is that GH does not capture the email interaction with the candidate

GH provides a global ATS solution that allows us to harmonize processes and allow collaboration across teams. There are many built-in and customizable features that allow us to attract more candidates and improve on TA metrics and provides a wonderful customer experience for all users.

What I like best about greenhouse is that it is a one-stop shop for my interviewers. I can have assessments, feedback, and collaboration in one place. It is the most collaborative ATS!

I also love that it only take 3 minutes or less for my candidates to apply, which has greatly improved the amount of applicants we receive!

Loving Greenhouse!

What do you like best about Greenhouse?

I've been a customer of Greenhouse for years. I love the easy use of the platform itself, but the customer service is fantastic.

What do you dislike about Greenhouse?

Typically, there hasn't been a downside. Recently, the candidate's profile has been updated with a new UI, and it's been a frustrating experience for my team and other team members using Greenhouse. It's not as user friendly or intuitive.

What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?

Greenhouse allows us to maintain a fair candidate experience. We're able to move candidates through the interview process quickly and consistently across roles.

Easy to follow the applicants interview history and review the results.

Recommendations to others considering Greenhouse?

For an interviews role I cannot find any missing feature. The only task that needs to be done outside of Greenhouse is hosting a collaborative document when interviewing, e.g. for writing code.

Track the application stages of all the applicantss, help schedule interviews and store interview reports and scores

What do you like best about Greenhouse?

Its customization at multiple levels of the tool. You are able to tailor the tool to YOUR process not the other way around.

What do you dislike about Greenhouse?

Native Reporting is limited. More flexiblity with the data would be great without a third party tool or integration.

We can tailor our approach and greenhouse can follow along. We are not stuck at one approach to recruiting using Greenhouse. We can experiment because of the customization.

Great recruiting software

What do you like best about Greenhouse?

I love the ability to seemlessly collaborate with team members that are on the hiring committee. It eliminates IMs and emails and keeps all the information relevent to the candidate in one central location.

What do you dislike about Greenhouse?

Navigation can be challenging. While the features and functions are great, getting around and trying to find exactly where you want to go can be a challenge. A recent upgrade changed the look and feel of the software and it now feels like even more of a challenge.

I love the alerts for upcoming interviews and also the follow up feedback.

I haven't experienced anything I dislike as of yet.

Keeping up to date with the candidates and the scheduled interview times. Greenhouse sends timely notifications so I stay on top of my next candidate interview.
