The ability to takes notes and transcibe all communication in the meeting - identifying who is talking. Then to provide a summary and expected action items has been indispensable. I am constantly overbooked on meetings and with Fireflies attending for me, I can get the summary of what happened and go back and review the meeting - literally allowing me to be in 2 places at once.

The additional app that is on my iphone has proved just as useful - I can turn it on and set it down in the meeting and helps me take notes as I am presenting, which makes it difficult for me to capture all the notes i need.

Wish I was able to have my own name on the user without having to spend a large amount on subscription.

Even solves the problem when I am double booked on meetings - it is like I can really be in 2 places at once.... or more

I have always taken copious notes during meetings, but that means that I'm not paying full attention to my client. And when I pay attention to them, I'm missing inportant things in my notes. In years past, I would record all my meetings in an audio file so I could reference them if needed. But, I never listened to them again because who wants to sit through 2 hours of meeting chat to find 2 minutes of relevant info? NO ONE.

Fireflies has allowed me the freedom to be fully present in meetings and still get better info than I would have if I took my own notes. I get a summary, an outline, links to specific places in the transcript where topics changed, details about who spoke for how long and even clues as to the mood of the meeting. I also have the AiBot (AskFred) subscription, so I'm able to ask questions about the meeting without reviewing the transcript.

For instance, we had three meetings with a new client (we're accountants) and I distinctly remembered them mentioning an annual tax they had to pay. These meetings were recorded on my phone as an audio recording before I had my Fireflies subscription. I was able to add the three audio files to Fireflies to be processed and then I went into each one and asked Fred about an annual tax. It took me less than 10 minutes to get the information I needed - saving me from having to relisten to almost 6 hours of meetings. Using AskFred was even faster than if I'd asked the client directly. I'm so impressed with Fireflies that I've started sending meeting links to others in my meetings so they can see how remarkable it really is.

BONUS: Chat support is helpful and fast.

There is nothing that I dislike about Fireflies other than that it has so many features that I don't have enough time in the day to learn all the amazing things that it can do. So, for that reason I'm not getting the best bang for my buck, but that's not Fred's problem.

Giving me relevant information that's easily accessible without having to ask questions of the client about things already discussed. I no longer have to take notes in meetings and can be 100% fully present for my client. I'm even more excited that there's a mobile app so I can record meetings anywhere I go.

It's been such a relief to set up discovery calls with prospective clients and infrequent check-in meetings with partners without needing to take extensive notes. The site is so easy to navigate! I love being at to search and find exactly what I'm looking for across and within calls.

When it's invited to regular, weekly meetings with my staff I think I'd like a way to automatically delete any recording over 30 days old. I just don't need those to be saved.

Needing to take extensive notes during meetings. Needing to have video recordings of meetings, which are larger and a bigger pain to save and store. Jogging my memory about a conversation by hearing the voice of the person!

I love the instant summaries after every meeting. It is especially helpful to have the Questions, Dates Mentioned, and To-do's highlighted with links to see them all, along with the link to the full transcript.

I also loved how easy it was to get started! Just choose from a couple of options and you're DONE!

The transcript can sometimes be cut off. I'll see sentences that end abruptly. But the good news is that what it DOES capture is spot-on. Great transcription quality of what was said.

It frees me up to really contribute during calls and meetings, since I don't have to take scrupulous notes during the meetings. I am confident that fireflies will catch everything I need to know and send it along immediately after the meeting. My follow up emails to clients don't lag - I can send them along quickly.

What i like most about fireflies is its ease of use and it's intuitiveness. They have created a product that integrates with all the popular virtual call platforms seemlessly.

I can't find anything I dislike regarding the product.

Meeting notes and call transcription

Extremely easy to use and implement. Seamless integration into my common meeting tools and I've also found the mobile app to be indespinsible in live meetings for capturing notes. Software has been significant in helping me to stay organized and on-top of follow-ups. Great automations as well!

I've been using the software for about 3 months and honestly, I have not found anything I dislike.

I'm able to remain engaged in conversation and don't have to worry about pausing or pivoting to capture notes.

I love that all of mt recordings are easy to find on the dashbord and easily sharebale. I love that I don't have to set my Zoom to record and know that I am getting that done automatically.

I wish it were easier to save the recorded videos straight to my dropbox.

It's everything in one place as far as transcripts, and videos which makes life easier for me.

The professional features track things like voice tone as well as summaries and notes from our conversation. I can now look back and see a checklist of things I need to remember and review which has made it SO MUCH EASIER to be a freelancer.

With the ability to send the transcript to attendees, not only am I confirming my action items during the meeting, I can also rest asured that I don't need to remind people when they miss their deadlines or deliveries because their entire team has the transcript!

Simplicity in an app, integrate it with my calendar and it's implemented for all of my meetings. I literally use it for all of my meetings!

The only thing I dislike about Fireflies is the frequency I need to log in and re-authorize the connection to my calendar. It's such an incredibly small annoyance compared to the benefits, like one fly in the corner of a 1,000 sf room of windows with a ocean view. Pun intended.

It's easy to remember what was discussed in individual meetings, especially for onboarding. I can go back and remember who is who, what was said, and what we offered one another.
