How robust the site is, and the many options it offers. Also, the possibility of running usage reports and quick response in case of issues either with the platform or with providers. The platform offers many different options that not many users are aware of, but help greatly both managing the workflow on the day of the service requested, and after it has been completed. Also, it helps providers reach a wider audience and be able to offer their expertise. E
What do you dislike?
Randomly the page may crash, but this doesn't happen very often. Also, in cases where the provider fail to get in touch, even if FN tries to reach, it might be impossible. Not something related to the platform, but inherent when working with service providers. I guess the selection pool could be improved, even though there are many options in many areas, there might be either locations or areas of expertise that are not widely covered, which makes finding the correct resource a difficult task sometimes.

For all the benefits mentioned before, you can't go wrong with FN.

The flexibility to connect with trusted providers nationwide is the greatest benefit. Also, the problem resolution is excellent, so even if there are issues with providers, FN is quick to address our concerns. Having a wide array of providers on many different areas provides many options to chose from, which can't be overstated as it provides with the flexibility required.
Our clients may come to us with different types of request, but no matter the area they need to cover (be it geographical or knowledge wise) we can rely on FN to have a robust selection of trusted vendors that we can work with. This has made our job a bit easier, and the times for resolution faster.
