What do you like best about Everlaw?I really appreciate how easy Everlaw is to navigate, especially when I’m dealing with boatloads of discovery from opposing counsel.What do you dislike about Everlaw?With Everlaw, I truly wish that the Storyboard option was a bit better equipped to assist me with cases from start to finish.What problems is Everlaw solving and how is that benefiting you?It helps solve the time-loss issue many firms face when they spend countless hours making sure discovery and other evidence are located and kept in one place.

What do you like best about Everlaw?I find Everlaw’s UI very user-friendly and fairly easy to pick up, even if you’re not already familiar with the platform. Tagging documents feels intuitive, and it’s simple to find tips or information when you have a question or want to optimize your workflow.What do you dislike about Everlaw?Without any training or tips, searching can feel less than intuitive, and it isn’t always clear how some functions (for example, binders) are meant to be helpful.What problems is Everlaw solving and how is that benefiting you?Everlaw helps make document review and coding more efficient, especially for our junior attorneys who haven’t used competing platforms before. Overall, it’s easier and faster to get people up to speed and productive in the platform than with other products.

What do you like best about Everlaw?I like Everlaw's search feature, data analysis capabilities, and the speed of processing. It helps me locate specific data files and add various search parameters to find files and cull data efficiently. Additionally, setting up Everlaw was easy and fast, enabling me to quickly obtain login credentials and access the platform.What do you dislike about Everlaw?The visualization and organization of saved searches in Everlaw could be better. It would be helpful to have a navigation panel of saved searches that can be organized into more specific categories and subfolders. This is something I've seen on other platforms that makes managing searches more efficient.What problems is Everlaw solving and how is that benefiting you?Everlaw helps me organize and mark files, code issues, create binders, and make saved searches to cull data efficiently. Its search feature, data analysis, and processing speed make locating specific data files easy by adding various search parameters.

What do you like best about Everlaw?I have used Everlaw extensively on litigation matters involving large document collections, complex productions, and privilege review. What I appreciate most is the platform’s ability to keep the entire review process streamlined within a single environment. Its search capabilities are both powerful and intuitive, which helps me quickly locate responsive documents across large datasets. I also rely heavily on Everlaw’s coding, tagging, batching, and redaction tools, as they meaningfully improve efficiency and help maintain consistency throughout review projects.What do you dislike about Everlaw?Recommendations to others considering Everlaw?The production workflow is another major advantage. Being able to organize documents, apply endorsements, run quality control, and prepare productions all within the same platform reduces administrative burden and helps minimize the risk of errors. Everlaw’s interface is user-friendly as well, which makes it easier to train team members and collaborate with attorneys on active matters.What problems is Everlaw solving and how is that benefiting you?Everlaw is a strong platform overall; however, there are still clear opportunities for improvement. Some advanced features are not always intuitive to find, and certain review or production workflows take several steps to complete. With large datasets, performance can occasionally be impacted, and additional integrations with commonly used legal technology platforms would further enhance efficiency. While the analytics and AI tools are valuable, more user guidance and training resources would help users fully maximize their benefits. I would also really appreciate the ability to sort documents within the binder by “produced to.” That would make it much easier to make revisions for missed redactions, removed redactions, and similar issues if they are inadvertently overlooked during the initial production run.

What do you like best about Everlaw?N/AWhat do you dislike about Everlaw?Recently, I've also come to appreciate Deep Dive, being able to ask plain-language questions across an entire document corpus and get citation-backed answers has cut down significantly on manual review time, especially early in a case or when getting up to speed on a new production. And on the transcript side, the page-line citation linking has been a great time-saver, typing a citation and having it jump straight to the exact spot in the transcript makes prepping depositions and cite-checking testimony much faster and more reliable.Recommendations to others considering Everlaw?I'd encourage Everlaw to keep listening closely to user feedback when prioritizing new features. One example: a side-by-side dual document view, so reviewers can compare two documents at once without toggling back and forth, would be a great addition.What problems is Everlaw solving and how is that benefiting you?N/A

What do you like best about Everlaw?Everlaw is extremely responsive and intuitive. It is feature rich without being overly complex. The deep dive feature is incredibly useful when working on creating deposition scripts by beginning with broad concepts and gradually narrowing down by filtering through the documents that the deep dive feature surfaces. It also saves a tremendous amount of time by allowing me to discover patterns in the discovery documents by surfacing relevant documents or by linking documents together based on broad inquiries. The Deep Dive feature is an excellent and genuinely useful implementation of artificial intelligence. It doesn't replace human thinking; instead, it helps avoid tedious searching while allowing the attorney to connect documents using their own knowledge of the case and the existing claims.What do you dislike about Everlaw?At this point, there is nothing significant I dislike about Everlaw. I wish there was more organization for the binders; subfolders or other categorization could be a useful method for grouping related documents beyond putting them into just binders. I also would enjoy some sort of limited offline mode.What problems is Everlaw solving and how is that benefiting you?It is saving me a ton of time sifting through documents to find specific evidence and support. It is also making it way easier to stay organized when working with massive document productions by allowing easy sorting and categorization within. This makes preparing work product from voluminous discovery way easier.

What do you like best about Everlaw?It feels like the creators of Everlaw thought of everything. Everlaw makes reviewing, analyzing, and organizing documents incredibly easy. I am reviewing documents more quickly and efficiently than I would without Everlaw, and I feel more confident in my review. Everlaw support has been incredibly helpful so far, too.What do you dislike about Everlaw?Everlaw has so many features to get used to that the learning curve is fairly steep, but ultimately I'm happy that it has the capabilities it has, and I'm willing to spend time learning.What problems is Everlaw solving and how is that benefiting you?Searching through large groups of documents is so much easier now with Everlaw. I am not spending time searching through PDFs manually like I was before. This will make assessing deficiencies in production and preparing for depositions so much better.
