Ensighten Manage Reviews

Very helpful consulting, bootstrap is easy to use and to make simple deployments.

Can be complicated to learn some of the more advanced tagging procedures

We had issues with manually tagging each and every page on our site

You can test tags in 3 environments, also push only the tags you've created in case other users are also working adding more tags

This Tool can't track iframes, but after all this is a great tool

Since the "Event" option is not fully available, Ensighten has share scripts to tag buttons using jQuery.

Great tag management through Ensighten Manage

Customer Service A+

Account rep is always available to help

easy to use interface

I don't have any complaints at this time. We have seen much success with this vendor.

Great solution for analytics teams that want to own their implementations.

Helps alleviate the IT backlog and puts tag fixes in the hands of the analysts. We are able to deploy analytics tracking quicker and fix issues independent of a monthly release cycle.

It's good because we can use different methodologies and languages to track and capture user activities across various applications.

It hangs a lot and sometimes you face weird issues in which you are not able to login to your account.

Great tool to track user activities in your application.

Provides data for business analysis.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The TDN (tag delivery network) gives greater flexibility, agility, speed and security. Ensighten Privacy is also very relevant at the moment with GDPR coming into force in a few months

If you just want a TMS and you don't have enormous volumes, Google Tag Manager and Adobe DTM are free.

Take pressure off IT teams and improve site performance

I like their mobile tag management product. It is very strongly designed.

Pricing isn’t that competitive with other similar products.

They have a lot of products available for different platforms. It is worth looking into them.

We have used it for mobile date security for our mobile apps.

Ensighten was a TMS pioneer, well ahead of its time. Introduced a lot of functionality into the TMS world that other similar tools have since copied.

The User Interface is slow and buggy. Not nearly as polished as other Tag Management Systems. No 'Preview' mode built in - you must use a separate extension in your browser for testing.

While once a leader, I do not feel as though Ensigten is headed in the right direction. Other tools like GTM and Tealium have surpassed Ensighten in speed and quality.

Rolling out marketing and technology tags across a single site or an entire organization.
