I like EngageBay
What makes my experience with EngageBay great is the support agents and the easy to navigate website. If I ever have any issues, I reach out to the LIVE AI chat bot and if that cannot help me, it connects me to the most amazing and helpful support agent named Charles. I usually don't have any issues with EngageBay, if you ask me the last time there was an issue I could not tell you. Also, to be able to do my work efficiently and promptly every day is a huge thanks to EngageBay with their easy-to-use website.

I moved from Hubspot after 5 years with the system. It got increasingly more complex and support got increasingly worse. They kept reducing the ways to get support and sent you to videos. It was very frustrating. My onboarding was very limited, and I never onboarded properly. I have had great help getting set up and everyone has been friendly and patient. I am so happy to have found a replacement for Huspot that is easy to use and full of features.

I feel looked after! Amazing platform too
Very connected company, they reach out to check on me and if I ever have a query they are really responsive. Despite being a small business they genuinely make me feel like one of the big dogs!

The platform takes some teething and tinkering, there are many features i still havent played with yet but it absolutely serves its purpose and more in comparison to other competitors.

There are ofcourse some things that dont work so flawlessly. That being the app doesn't respond the same as the website, and mobile format isn't as effective either. However, in my case i dont really need it on the go. I would appreciate if there is some polishing to the back end but im only clutching at straws here - i highly recommend giving them a try especially because they are so well priced for what you get!

Just started using Engagebay and was still getting the hang of a few features. Have to say their support is amazing. Near instant response and they actually went in to my account to check the issue. The whole thing was resolved in less than 5 minutes. I'm still getting used to the platform, but I can say their support is really amazing!
