What do you like best about Disciple?It's easy to use, support is easy to access and most importantly the app allows us to make changes based on our needs.What do you dislike about Disciple?Some things we cannot change or get insight on. For example we would like to know how many of our users are actively using the private messaging function but that data does not seem to exist.What problems is Disciple solving and how is that benefiting you?It is allowing our users who are foster parents in Washington, DC to communicate with one another and to build community.

What do you like best about Disciple?The advantages of Disciple lie in its ease of use and the good support, which is quickly reachable for questions and provides prompt assistance.What do you dislike about Disciple?The platform could be made even more user-friendly overall. Especially working with folders is not always self-explanatory for new users and often needs to be explained first.What problems is Disciple solving and how is that benefiting you?Above all, IT problems and updates are solved with the help of Disciple. They were able to support and assist us well with issues related to font usage and password problems.

"Good Riddance FaceBook!!!"

What do you like best about Disciple?

LOVE that we "own" our own dedicated platform and no longer have to rely or be subject to FaceBook's algorithms and seemingly arbitrary games. Everything about Disciple is amazing -- including their "bite-sized" onboarding training and attentive team.

What do you dislike about Disciple?

Nothing to dislike....so far Disciple has exceeded all expectations.

What problems is Disciple solving and how is that benefiting you?

Disciple allows us to limit the "noise" and distractions you are subject to with other platforms like FaceBook.

A flexible platform for app development, enabling a high quality, bespoke end product. Supported throughout the development process by helpful, knowledgable staff.

Not experienced any issues so far whilst working with Disciple.

Our app provides free resources and communication for those experiencing homelessness and our staff supporting them into suitable, sustainable tenancies.

"A Total Game Changer From A Superb Company"

What do you like best about Disciple?

Speed of set up. We had our app live and in the app stores in under 2 weeks. Superb support and a very capable system.

What do you dislike about Disciple?

The inability to add a thumbnail to a PDF file or download in a folder. Inability for users to create groups.

Allows us to build a dedicated & focused community for our followers away from mainstream social media.

One of the best things about Diciple for me is the smooth flow and easy transition for my community members from social media platforms.

What do you dislike about Disciple?

I don't consider this a downside yet a tip for and ease for the community creators. I would like to experience a less tedious way to add content.

What do you like best about Disciple?

Disciple is built to counter all the things people hate about FB groups, forum sites and traditional social media feeds. By giving control back to the community (and away from advertisers and spammers), it makes for a better experience. The UX is simple and the support team are fantastic.

What do you dislike about Disciple?

Some of the best features are for the mobile app only.

Recommendations to others considering Disciple:

Look at the costs, work out a plan to cover them and go for it. Your audience will thank you for it.

What problems is Disciple solving and how is that benefiting you?

Creating different spaces under one community means we can have nuanced conversations (and big transformations) without alienating half the room

What do you like best about Disciple?

I love the functionality, usability, and aesthetic of the Disciple app. They have an outstanding team, and their customer support makes all the difference. I find great value on The Collective app, where we have our customer community to learn along the way!

What do you dislike about Disciple?

I would like to have more integrations with other apps and services and a higher level of automation that I believe is coming soon.
