What do you like best?

DealHub's sales process and subsequent implementation project was a dream. Everyone was very professional, helpful, and engaging throughout. The product itself is a blank slate completely customized to the needs of your business. The Implementation Manager took the time to understand our unique product configurations and constructs and helped us build an easy to use visual interface to create complex enterprise contracts. The ongoing support is always helpful and quick and weoften have a resolution before we wake up the next morning.

What do you dislike?

The customization is sometimes the curse with Dealhub. You need to be careful to understand every odd way a sales person/CSM could possibly try to configure a contract but at the same time institute strict rules to keep contract creation in alignment with the rules of the business. There's sometimes hiccups when these "rules" are fluid and you need to get around them for the right prospect/customer because unique terms were offered to that account. We got around this with creating an "admin mode" where admins could bypass our rule setup.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Incorrect and incomplete contracts were plaguing the business and causing headaches for our finance team who had to followup with the clients. We also utilized their subscription object to get a true picture of ARR and product composition by customer in our Salesforce environment. The subscription object became especially helpful for customer success in creating accurate renewals and not having to mine through old contracts.

What do you like best?

DealHub.io has been an absolute game changer for our company. Our proposals and quotes look better, make sense to our clients, and are more accurate than before. With the flexibility and ease of configuration we're able to turn on a dime, often loading new products or making changes in minutes or hours to meet the demands of the sales team and our customers.

Our CSM and the DealHub team have been very supportive helping educate and enable us throughout our deployment. Day one, we launched with a completely new quoting tool that supported new customer quoting and renewals/downgrades of existing customers through DealHub subscription management.

Our sales team has given nothing but positive feedback about the tool and onboarding of new reps has become easier because the quoting tool is much more self explanatory than our previous CPQ solution.

What do you dislike?

We don't have any notable issues with the tool.

I highly recommend the DealHub.io solution.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

DealHub.io is our quoting tool which is fully integrated with our Salesforce.com quote to cash and service platforms. DealHub serves as the front-end to this engine, allowing our sales team to produce proposals throughout the sales process, deliver an executable quote, and then when the Opportunity closes, subscriptions, assets and entitlements are all created in Salesforce.com so we can track the entire customer lifecycle.

Our DealHub.io implementation supports a global sales team delivering quotes in multiple currencies and languages. Discounting and legal approvals are all handled through DealHub.io and we've enabled our legal team to make content changes on the executable quotes through DealHub's interface so that everything happens in DealHub.io.

What do you like best?

Dealhub is a very user-friendly tool, easy to configure and integrate with salesforce. It helped us streamline our quote management process and increased sales team's efficiency to respond faster to the potential customers. It also helps executives to review and approve quotes in a timely manner. The dealhub customer support team is excellent, friendly and very helpful in guiding us or helping us solve any problems. I highly recommend this product.

What do you dislike?

Nothing negative about this tool. We are very happy with their product and customer service so far. All our problems were resolved in a timely manner.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Its a great CPQ solution.

It helped us move away from painful process of maintaining excel sheets and pdf's, streamlining and improving our quoting/renewal process.

What do you like best?

Overall I enjoy the feature where we are able to customize and configure the price and bundle options within DealHub and it automatically updates in Salesforce. I would personally like to extend my gratitude to Roy Konfino who has, without a doubt, been extraordinary with helping us transition to Dealhub. Roy is always readily available and answered all our immediate queries in a timely manner

What do you dislike?

There is a steep learning curve to overcome when initially using Dealhub. whilst the error messages may assist in pointing to the issue. Over time, because of the number of products loaded, the amount of time it takes to activate/create different versions is rather cumbersome.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Dealhub is an amazing interface that allows your business to utilize its built-in features to optimize and smoothen the transitional flow of your organization procedures. I heavily recommend that you go through the trial period as well as ask as many questions from the support team to ensure that you have a solid grasp of what Dealhub has to offer

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

So far DealHub has addressed most of the issue we were encountering with Salesforce in terms of managing bundles, pricing and contact quotes. This hasn't just affected one market but effectively all the markets DealHub has been rolled out to.

What do you like best?

If you could imagine SalesforceCPQ - LITE, Zuora-LITE, and PandaDoc - LITE, all rolled into one solution, you'd have Dealhub. All of these tools independently are superior in some ways to Dealhub when comparing core competencies. But for smaller SaaS companies, with only a few SalesOps managers to throw at these problems, being able to go from quoting products to a dynamic proposal to be sent for signature, and doing that all the while managing subscriptions, huge win for us.

If you are a SaaS company trying to streamline the quote to cash process, this tool is by far has the most appealing solution on the market.

What do you dislike?

Dealhub is relatively new to the market, and there are no consultants who you can reach out to regarding implementation assistance. Dealhub is almost 100% customized to your selling motion. This has some amazing benefits, but the biggest con is that you need bandwidth to make this tool work. If you don't have the bandwidth in-house, the only option is to hire people to address that. The Dealhub team is phenomenal in getting you up and running, but this kind of assistance is not the same as a fully outsourced implementation engagement.

We solved using word templates filled out by hand by AE's that were error-prone, to sending polished proposals. We have moved our pricing toward a constant result, and have eliminated the tendency for AE's to come up with 'Creative' deals.

Sarit and Karin were quick to adapt to our very specific (and detailed) requirements for writing and delivering a meaning quote to our customers.

I can't think of anything that stood out as a problem

This tool is what our company was looking for in terms of CPQ - it truly has the best interface with SFDC and to our internal accounting systems.

What do you like best?

Our implementation engineer Roy Konfino was very easy to work with and patient with us. We had a lot of out of the box requirements that he was able to help us execute.

What do you dislike?

The implementation process took a bit longer than anticipated, but was mostly due to hold ups on our side.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Having a more streamlined process for quoting and proposals. Our sales team has been more productive and has had less issues getting quotes out in a timely fashion.

What do you like best?

It is amazing how easily our complex product range can be displayed

What do you dislike?

It is really complex but the customer support is satisfactory. Since the beginning we solved all of the problems with the complexity.

This was missing in our salesdepartment for years! It is a easy way to display all of our sales combinations and to avoid missunderstandings between our subsidiaries.

What do you like best?

Wtih Roy's help, we were able to move through the implementation process much fast than planned. We did not have a defined process for quoting previous to DealHub and we had some concern this product may not work for us. Thankfully our people have embraced the many tools DealHub provides and couldn't imaging life without it!

What do you dislike?

I really wish there was some self-service reporting available. I was able to get the information I needed and it sounds like that is in works and I look forward having access to it.

Consistent pricing & margins, automated approval process & custom guided selling to provide bigger quotes to clients.

What do you like best?

Almost everything is possible - and sometimes even more. Our complex products can be easily displayed while adding alot of rules and different features.

If we have any requests or questions, we get support within minutes and their input is always very high in quality.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes it's overwhelming, how much actually can be adjusted.

But together with the very helpful customer service this is something that can easily be managed.

We're creating all of our internal pricelists and providing a configuration tool to our sales reps. With dealhub, we're enabling them to create offers easier and quicker while minimizing errors.
