What I like the best about Koncert is that it has no comparison in efficiency; calling multiple numbers at the same time is just magic; it is also really easy to understand, with no extra steps needed; you just start your list, and that's it.

There is nothing I dislike about Koncert so far. It might not be the prettiest, but it gets the job done.

Compared to other tools, such as Outreach, for example, its efficiency is just outstanding; you don't need to dial manually or go into the prospect's profile to know more.

Creating an easy way for our BDRs to call large amounts of people in minutes. More conversations had means more leads.

This tool creates efficiencies like no other tool when it comes to calling targeted lists. The dialers are simple to use. The analytics provide insights that help you improve your meeting scheduled rate. Its interface is intuitive. I am a daily user who relies on Koncert to be successful. It was easy to implement and the learning curve is short. If you are in business development and doing cold outreach, going with Koncert is a no brainer.

Sometimes there are issues caused by network latancy. This can be remedied with a strong consistent internet signal. There are other minor bugs from time to time but the customer success team is quick to help and report these. None of the negatives outweigh the benefits.

Koncert enables me to make far more calls in a day than I could otherwise. This is leading to more meetings scheduled and subsequently more potential revenue in our pipeline.

Koncert has been very seamless and easy to use. You can upload lists of pending calls through CSV files or tools like SalesLoft. I like uploading through SalesLoft best because it is more convenient, in my opinion.

With the new updates that Koncert has done this year, I can't think of anything I dislike about the tool. It has been great to have reached a higher quantity of prospects with Koncert.

Koncert has solved many problems for me. Ultimately, I can reach more potential prospects in a workday than physically dialing those prospects on my own. It frees up so much of my time that I can spend on my outbound strategy, personalizing emails, and more. My time as an SDR is crucial, and having more time back in my day through Koncert is fantastic.

I like the amount of calls that we are able to make in a single day. We are able to have many more conversations throughout the day which leads to more deals closed!

Sometimes there is a slight delay in answering the phone

It is solving the issue of time consuming self dialing. Without having to dial manually, we are able to make many more calls throughout the day and book a lot more meetings.

It's a purpose built no nonsense conversation machine. It doesn't waste time I could have spent talking navigating a phone tree or dealing with a dial tone. The custome success team has helped us iron out the kinks we'd had in how our data was pulled into our lists and it's made a world of difference from previous dialers. I'm a daily user using it 2-3 hours a day for cold outreach and warm follow ups. Koncert went yard and knocked it out of the park keeping conversation constant.

I've had issues running it on Chrome being that Chrome is a hog I've had to find a less intense browser to maximize koncert.

The inherent down time between manual calls dealing with dialtones phone trees. It's also helped me keep from forgetting to update the crm live between calls.

We recently integrated Koncert into our outbound strategy, and the results have been nothing short of phenomenal. Our connect rates skyrocketed from 5% to an impressive 10%, and we've experienced a remarkable fourfold increase in booked meetings. Koncert has truly transformed the way we approach outbound efforts.

The only minor request I recieved from my BDR team was an improvement to the Hubspot integration - they wanted the call tasks to get automatically marked as completed once a call was made. Koncert has some easy ways to work around this though and didn't deter us from loving the product.

Great team that walked me through the steps of setting everything up. They had me use the system for a few days and it was very easy. Plus when I gave feedback they listened and shared it with the technical team.

I was also able to easily integrate it into my Hubspot account. The Customer Support team was excellent.

Not much that I can think about. I'd say a lot of it is going to come down to getting used to the system of running multiple dialers in parrallel as the AI system was quick.

Time, having to run a single-dialer or manual dials is a very time-consuming task. This increases my effeciency 4x-10x.

Koncert is a platform that is very easy to use and integrates well with the other tools that we are using. Koncert helps makes our jobs as SDRs much easier!

The ability to make a one-off call to a specific prospect. It would be helpful to be able to make a one-off call using the local prescence number that Koncert provides.

Koncert has given us the ability to make many more phone calls within a short time frame. Its helping us get engaged in more conversations which is leading to more meetings company wide.

Facilitating the whole process of dialling, and importing leads is easy, I love how Hubspot and Koncert communicate with each other.

I don't think anything comes comes to mind.

Saving me all kinds of time, I can run through a decent amount of calls a day. I think this is the most valuable part.
