Easy Setup for Client-Friendly Bug Reporting and Tracking
What do you like best about BugHerd? As a digital agency it's easy to setup and provide our clients with a simple to use bug reporting and tracking solution. Good value for money. We may consider the higher plan to add the integration options. What do you dislike about BugHerd?Only that it's separate from our previous solution, but there is an integration available on the higher plan which we may take advantage of.What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?Customers found it difficult to send us coherent feedback previously, but BugHerd provides all the detail we need to understand the issue highlighted.

Best-Value Website Feedback Tool on the Market
What do you like best about BugHerd? It’s one of the best-value options on the market, especially for smaller agencies or freelance web designers. The standard monthly plan is reasonably priced, and I really like that it includes unlimited projects and unlimited clients you can invite. It’s also pretty straightforward to onboard clients to the platform, and they never seem to have any trouble using it to leave feedback. Overall, it helps me collect website feedback in a much more organized way. What do you dislike about BugHerd? When I first started using it last year, while I was working at another design agency, it was a bit buggy. There were a few minor issues that made the overall experience less enjoyable, and it was also pretty slow to load. Since I started using it again over the past month or so, those problems haven’t come up as often, but I still think the platform’s biggest opportunities are improving speed and performance, eliminating bugs, and refining the interface (UX/UI). At times it’s hard to find what I’m looking for in the settings and similar areas, and I’ve had to reach out to support for a couple of simple things. That said, customer support has always resolved every issue I’ve had, and they’ve done it very quickly. What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?I love that I can receive very specific feedback on my website. It’s especially helpful that clients can leave comments directly on the site. It lets me request consolidated rounds of feedback, review everything in one place, and process all the comments in one go while staying organized. I also love being able to mark items as done as I work through them. On top of that, being able to tag another team member on a comment makes it easy to delegate tasks.

Easy Setup, Incredible Support, and Automated QA That Boosts Efficiency
What do you like best about BugHerd? It's just easy, effective, and does exactly what we need it to do. It takes all the manual work out of QA tasks and status tracking and helps us focus on getting the work done. It was so easy to set up, and the onboarding/support was incredible. It's made us more efficient. We love how it takes a screenshot, pinpoints exactly where the issue/need is, captures the tech specs and automatically creates a task. Eliminates a lot of guesswork and back-and-forth.What do you dislike about BugHerd?Hmmm, haven't found one yet, but we're pretty early into using it.What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you? It's saving time and energy, making us way more efficient and effective. It eliminates a lot of wasted manual effort creating and using docs/spreadsheet trackers for website QA. Instead of spending so much time grabbing screenshots and describing locations of changes, etc....all of that and more is automatically captured. It's also eliminating a lot of back and forth from answering tech specs like what OS/Browser someone's on, and where exactly the change goes, etc.

Effortless Bug Tracking, Streamlines Development
What do you like best about BugHerd?I love the ease of use with BugHerd. It's invaluable for fast documenting of bugs, user interface issues, and feature requests, creating a tight communication loop between our team's product development, sales, marketing, and even beta testers. It cuts out numerous steps on the product roadmap and facilitates fast, clear communication among all stakeholders, including startup leadership, product management, developers, design, and beta users. BugHerd makes it easy to create new tasks quickly and see them progress through the development process to release. In the past, product reviews were tedious and boring, but now communication is rapid, which speeds up our development and establishes an iterative launch process. The user interface is intuitive, fast, and easy to implement, allowing us to start using the product within minutes of joining. It's far easier and more flexible than other bug reporting tools. The initial setup was drop-dead simple, and the support team is excellent. What do you dislike about BugHerd?I found the sign-up to be a little bit of a challenge, but the support team is excellent. What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?BugHerd is invaluable for fast documenting of bugs and feature requests, creating a tight communication loop between stakeholders. Simple for End Users, Seamless Dev Workflow Integration
What do you like best about BugHerd? There are two things which are outstanding, one is the simplicity for end users, and two is the ability to integrate directly into our dev workflow to facilitate rapid changes. Being able to make quick updates and flow those through to users to review their implemented feedback and get acceptance has been a game changer. What do you dislike about BugHerd? The heaviness of the script on the front end impacts the performance of the site slightly, but in reality its not too bad compared with the features provided. What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?The impact of running impact sessions with users page by page for feedback was costly, using bugherd is a huge timesaver and also helps users provide specificity. Our experience is that users provide more feedback when they are self-guided than when they are in a guided feedback session. The return on investment is a huge advantage to the turnaround of our project changes.

Intuitive Client-Friendly Feedback Capture Made Easy
What do you like best about BugHerd?BugHerd feels very intuitive and easy to use, especially for clients. It offers the right ways to capture feedback, whether that’s simple comments, copy edits, or screen recordings, which makes it straightforward to communicate changes clearly. What do you dislike about BugHerd?Installing the browser plugin didn't work initially. I had to quit and reopen my browser. What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?We build digital products with a lot of functionality, and traditional tools for capturing feedback can sometimes create more confusion than clarity. BugHerd streamlines how we collect and interpret feedback, making it easier to turn into clear, actionable items for our team.

It is incredibly easy to keep tabs on everything and clients always comment about how helpful it is!What do you dislike about BugHerd?I would love clients to be able to see each other's feedback.
