What do you like best about Bouncer?I like that it helps me avoid damaging my domain reputation when I need to send the same email to a large list of contacts. It also helped me “clean up” my database and keep my contact list more organized.What do you dislike about Bouncer?It marked some emails as opened even though I actually received a mailer daemon message in my inbox. I expected it to flag those instead. It was helpful anyway, because I was able to pull those contacts from our database, but I still thought they would be flagged by Bouncer.What problems is Bouncer solving and how is that benefiting you?It cleans up my database and calmly sends emails to our database automatically, without needing my intervention.

I like that Bouncer acts as a bulk email verifier, which is really handy for my job in email marketing where we manage bulky email campaigns with over 100 emails. It's great to be able to verify over a thousand emails without having to do them manually one by one. I also find Bouncer's initial setup very easy, and the UI and UX are quite good.What do you dislike about Bouncer?I like Bouncer but the drawback is that the emails expire within 90 days. What do you like best about Bouncer?The customer service is great. The answers are personal and above all fast. I usually get an answer within an hour! They are also always open to developing new integrations with other systems. In principle I can't think of anything, maybe the user interface could use an update. This doesn't really seem out of date. To prevent the bounce rate from increasing, we verify these lists with bouncer and remove the unsafe email addresses.
