They helped me to verify successfully

Their support system and verification process are the worst in the world. I submitted all my doc but they auto declined , Mailed them several time no answer just the auto ticket closed.

Update, they helped to verify my account and successfully veried now, also they refund in crypto that I top up for namecheap

My search has finally got to the right result. This app is really a nice app that has so many features and the best part is that all these features work actually :P. I tried several other parental apps too, but those were lacking in one way or the other. I really like its screen lock option that can be done in two ways auto and manually. I use bitpay primarily for giftcards and here is my experience

I use bitpay primarily for giftcards. In my time using bitpay since early 2020 i've encountered two issues.1. Didn't receive giftcard. Due to some error from the gift card company side. (This was resolved by bitpay support. I am thankful to their support team)This happened in July 20212. Crypto money was deducted despite a transaction failure and because of this i did not receive the gift card i ordered. However bitpay support resolved this issue within 2 weeks and refunded the FIAT Money EQUIVALENT crypto to my wallet. So far my experience has been good and i will continue to use bitpay. If i do encounter a bad experience i will update this review.

The best thing is that Bitpay allows you to post as many custom parameters as you like.
