What do you like best about BetterCloud?BC makes it easy for us to automate many of the IT processes we use. I mostly use it to help on/offboard users and it is helpful.What do you dislike about BetterCloud?It would be nice to have more integrated apps. A lot of the apps in BC are not used by our organization.What problems is BetterCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?There's some UI issues they've worked through to help our experience. It's help improve our performance with stakeholders.

What do you like best about BetterCloud?With Bettercloud, it's easy to create no-code workflows that automate repetitive onboarding and offboarding tasks.What do you dislike about BetterCloud?Some actions I need aren’t currently supported by the platform. Also, it would be much easier if all Bettercloud modules were available in a single place, rather than spread across multiple portals.What problems is BetterCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?Bettercloud helps us manage repetitive lifecycle tasks. It streamlines these steps, making our overall processes more consistent and efficient.

What do you like best about BetterCloud?The new UI is clear and simple to use and helps save me time when managing users.What do you dislike about BetterCloud?still could use some more features to help improve searching for filesWhat problems is BetterCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?Changing access permissions of drive files and changing delegations on accounts as well as finding drive files. Very useful for managing user content and access as well as backup.

What do you like best about BetterCloud?It enables all sorts of automation. It's far more customizable than any othe platform that we've looked into, and easier to use. Native integrations exist with so many apps, and you can create workflows that manage user accounts and create other triggers. It does, for us, also require some use of Google Apps Script, but their onboarding training is very extensive.What do you dislike about BetterCloud?There are a couple things it can't do. Some employee changes can't be managed this way. It is generally fantastic for employee onboarding and offboarding though, ensuring everyone is properly rostered where needed.What problems is BetterCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?Mostly employee onboarding/offboarding efficiency, but some other things as well.

What do you like best about BetterCloud?I can automate workflows to reduce time spent on mundane tasks. It makes it so easy to create workflows if the apps are native. The support team is awesome! My customer success manager is great!What do you dislike about BetterCloud?Not all cloud apps are natively supported.What problems is BetterCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?Automating onboarding/offboarding tasks saves me time.

What do you like best about BetterCloud?I love how easy it is to automate onboarding and offboarding tasks with BetterCloud. It helps ensure that our new employees are set up properly and that outgoing employees are dealt with swiftly and completely. It allows us to remove access and modify all the proper settings when they leave. The ability to automate these tasks saves us a ton of time and labor when dealing with accounts as people enter and leave the organization. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, thanks to the BetterCloud onboarding team, who helped get us up and running quickly and explained all of the functionality and how to use the system.What do you dislike about BetterCloud?There are some integrations with certain SaaS platforms that are limited in their functionality and don't have some functions that we would prefer to use. It would be nice if they were able to flesh out some more complete and thorough functionality with various SaaS platforms that we utilize.What problems is BetterCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?BetterCloud helps us manage our SaaS software by automating menial tasks, saving time and labor in onboarding and offboarding employees, ensuring proper setup and swift access removal.
