The automations and work flows make life so much easier as a Google Admin. Easy to learn and use and rarely ever gives me any trouble

One thing I have noticed is when creating gmail accounts in mass it will move them to our root OU rather than allow us to move the emails directly into the correct OU

Since we're in atomation era, it's giving us a smooth experince while implementing & configuring the workflows is the best thing we can automate our action.

I personally do not see any such downside and dislikes. Thanks Better cloud for makin our life experinces great.

Automation is benefiting our most

I can automate workflows to reduce time spent on mundane tasks. It makes it so easy to create workflows if the apps are native. The support team is awesome! My customer success manager is great!

I wish there were a way to automate adding Gmail signatures to user accounts. It would be nice to be able to update email addresses in bulk.

I like the ability to automate remediation tasks. For example, BetterCloud can notify the admin of someone going against sharing policy by sharing documents outside your organization and then take action by emailing and unsharing the document in question.

A feature-rich platform like BetterCloud requires you to sign up for multiple add-ons and integrations to take full advantage of your SaaS environment. Unfortunately, those add-ons add up to a pricey solution.

BetterCloud is helping us remove steps in end-user provisioning and de-provisioning, help with detailed reports that help us reclaim licenses from orphaned accounts, and provide integration between Saas platforms that do not integrate with our IDP out of the box.

Easy to use, easy to maintain, helps remove hours of manual work.

It is easy to setup in regards to automating tasks that take you minutes to hours to complete.

The workflows library for Google Workspace, I would love to see expanded.

My offboarding process for Google Workspace is very fast by using Bettercloud. I have multiple tasks that I use to do manually and it would take me hours to complete.

It's seamless integration into apps and platforms.

Some of the integrations take time to implement.

We have automated user deprovisioning from 3rd party apps, and we have freed up employees from these repetitive, time-consuming tasks.

For the most part we use BetterCloud for user management. Our homeschool department gained more than 600 students last year, and being able to provide a spreadsheet to the registrar, have her quickly populate it with student information, and then import it with a click made our lives a dream and saved us a nightmare. We use it to create large numbers of locked-down exam account every year as well. Using that functionality alone has saved us enough man-hours to justify the license cost. We still hope to dig into more of the features of BetterCloud some day when we have time.

I still regularly have issues where BetterCloud does not create all users successfully from a large batch, where they are put in the wrong group or OUl. I can manually resolve these issues, and I still save time overall, but it would be nice if this issue wouldn't happen.

BetterCloud helps us streamline user account creation, saving us days or even weeks of man-hours.

BetterCloud simplifies my role as a G-suite administrator, allowing me to create custom, advanced automation, (through the use of Workflows), to reduce admin overhead and remove human mistakes from processes. This is crucial during the user onboarding/leaving process.

I also love BetterCloud's reporting and alerting - it expands and improves Google's in-built functionality and actually makes it useful!

Finally, dealing with BetterCloud employees is always a pleasure. They are happy to jump on a call and assist wherever they can.

My biggest issue with BetterCloud is the initial learning curve. It does take some time to get up to speed with the platform on first use.

Having said that, the BetterCloud guides and support documentation have improved significantly in the last year or two so this experience may be a thing of the past!

BetterCloud has allowed us to create advanced automation, through Workflows, to simplify and improve the accuracy of the user onboarding/leaving processes.

This, along with our G-suite/BetterCloud integrations, has allowed us to greatly reduce the administrative effort required for onboarding a new user - simply create an account, and the workflows take care of the rest!
