BestNotes Reviews

Best Notes was amazing. Their staff is amazing and will jump through hops to help your team, they did ours. This is by far the best system, I have ever used. Ive used 4 counting this one and by far I'd choose Best Notes Every time.

I really appreciated how straightforward and detailed the system was. Everything was simple to download and convert to digital format. The documentation process was smooth and, in my experience, the UDS documentation was the best I've used. Group notes were easy to complete, and individual notes were both simple and thorough.

I had no issues

BestNotes’s customizable templates are a key strength—they’re easy to adapt and update, which is especially useful for generating reports and keeping administrative records current. The invoicing module is clear, automated, and flexible, helping us simplify monthly closings. We've also had consistently timely and helpful responses from their online support team.

BestNotes offers a different experience depending on the version, the desktop app allows for extensive customization, while the web version can be slower and less suited for editing complex reports.

In an environment with multiple access points, credentials, and interconnected systems, BestNotes handles various authentication levels well, keeping information organized and secure. Its flexible reporting—whether for technical incidents or internal processes—helps improve the team’s operational foresight.

I like the app that i can use on the phone so i dont always have to use the laptop.

I with the phone app allowed you to do everything and was a bit smoother to navigate.

It allowed us to communicate through bestnotes and assign tasks to complete

I like it since it gives me different clinical languages

Its treatment strategies and simple and straight forward.

It is easy to make reports

Easy to navigate and make job easy.

I like that it is easy to use. We have a large staff and can connect easily through this software. Tagging people on memos is very easy.

I’ve only been working with this software for a few weeks and so far I haven’t really encountered anything I didn’t like.

We use this software so frequently. It is company wide over two cities. We are able to access information from both locations and remotely. Their customer service is always helpful when we have specific programming needs.

Easily creating notifications and memos for other staff members I don’t get to see daily. Utilizing the software for our clients is easy and effective.

When when you've been used it before, best notes is simple enough that you can figure it out fairly quickly. I also appreciated that it asked several times before submitting.

I wish it had better spell check for the late night filings when you're trying to get home.

One main benefit was that important information could shared easily between the company. The only issue I experienced was it would sometime freeze up, and not save what you had typed.

I like that I am able to write down what I’m feeling. It’s like I’m telling somebody.

I dislike the glitches that have occurred. Sometimes my notes will get deleted

Many employees have used best notes for their own benefit.

Functional and easy to use . Great app for office

Speed can be increased .

Inspiration

Best notes is the fourth software of this type that I have used at various agencies. Best notes is the simplest software I have ever used. It is easy to navigate and makes my job easier. The format for notes is simple and time saving. I feel like this program has enabled me to do better notes which serves our customer base easier. The treatment plans are simple and straightforward. They don’t have a whole bunch of different categories where you have to say the same thing in five different ways. I would recommend this software to any agency. The company is easy to reach if you have problems, and you can immediately get someone on the phone instead of having to put in troubleshooting tickets and wait. I love this software!

My only complaint would be having to go back and forth from the calendar to the contact in order to get back into notes or to create notes. It is also difficult to get a complete what’s due report.

I enjoy Best Notes as a user. I know that the administrators say that the Best Notes team is easy to contact and work with.

For me Best Notes has made writing notes and plans easy and simple. The program is timesaving and makes doing paperwork less of a chore.
