Relatively easy to use platform and quick response rate from my rep and from the support team.
Cannot bulk delete advanced audience targeting; platform can take a long time to pull reports; platform can run very slowly.
Running display campaigns has been completed with relative ease, I find it easy to set up and use.
I really appreciate how easy the platform is to use. Building plans, exporting tags, communicating with sales reps and building out audience segments.
There aren't many things that I dislike about the platform. Every so often I run into issues with reporting or campaign metrics not loading. But in those instances, I've reached out to the support team and our reps to fix it.
Basis has helped us to save time by managing all of our partners orders in one place. Also it helps to hold each partner accountable with delivery and performance.
My agency is new to Basis. We have only implemented a few client campaigns. The most helpful feature is the ease of use. My staff and I are ramping up quickly. The learning curve has been relatively painless.
The reporting functionality needs some work. If I could give my clients access to viewing an online dashboard, the platform would be more complete.

I like that basis is rather simple to use and when we have questions the support staff is responsive and willing to walk us through anything we have questions on.
I dislike how programs have to be set up in order to push to GCM (breaking out all months).
Be sure that basis is able to align with your reporting needs.
It would also be great if it could connect to our reporting platform to make that simpler.
Basis is extremely easy to use, it took me half a day to learn and a day or two to become proficient in the platform.
Only a few minor inconveniences based on my teams workflow specifically but I'm confident if I were to submit a feature request or enhancement request for any of them, they would try to implement them as quickly as possible.
I'm able to manage a large amount of campaigns using Basis, with very little effort. It's the perfect tool for our team
The quality of support, our Customer Success Manager Michael, is extremely helpful and responsive. Their team support is the best I have received from any platform. Basis is always asking for feedback and takes our recommendations into consideration, they actually listen to the user which I appreciate. The DSP is user-friendly and is always improving.
The reporting feature is the only issue we have had with Basis, though they are working on improving it and open to our feedback. We managed hundreds of campaigns on a monthly basis and a lot of the reports are pulled at the campaign level.
If you are looking for a DSP that has a fantastic support team, listens to your needs and is always looking to improve then I would not hesitate to switch to Basis.

I like the intuitiveness of the platform and the ease of use. There are many features & benefits, such as bulk upload, and the ability to copy & paste tactics,
I wish there was a better pacing tool within the platform. I have to manually calculate my daily budget needed based on past spend, and I think the platform should be able to do that for me.
I love having everything in one spot! Basis makes it easy to build a media plan, make revisions, generate an IO, and streamline communication all in one platform.
There are several aspects of Basis that make it a solid DSP. First, their support is top notch. We love our CSM and support@centro is super responsive and helpful as well. Second, we can do anything our clients need in Basis. The tool itself is very easy to use. We traffic lots of campaigns and most of them have short flights, so we need to be able to operate at scale and Basis helps us do that
The one area where I would like to see Basis improve is the performance. I'm sure campaign setup and advertiser requirements are a big factor here, but I would like to see better CTRs and Video Completion rates out of the gate

Basis helps us operate at scale. The biggest problem I deal with on a daily basis is that I have several hundred campaigns per month and it's somewhat unpredictable which ones will renew and which will lapse. I need to be able to traffic and assign all these videos quickly and this is one of the things that makes Basis great. Additionally they have great integrations that allow us to utilize third party and first party data for all of our campaigns
Basis has helped us tremendously to streamline and organize the media plans of the many cities and shows that we work on. We have teams across the country and our headquarters office in NYC, and by using Basis, all of our regional teams can collaborate and our NYC team can assist everyone.
There are occasional glitches, but that can happen with any technology platform.
You can tailor your use of Basis to your company's specific needs/requirements/business model. Broadway Across America is using Basis in a way that is different from many of Centro's other clients, but it has been extremely helpful for us.
