"Interesting tool and surprisingly easy to use"

What do you like best?

Ease of usage. Once you know what you are looking for, setting things up is easy. We had heard that Bant was kind of a shotgun approach, but all email campaigns are, until you focus on the target you are reaching out to.

We liked worked with them and we will be working again in the coming months. Our first 3 month campaign did result in numerous discussions with companies, which was the goal in the first place. Once we get meetings, the work of Bant is considered done (and a success).

Price was also good, when we compare other services out there, the price of getting contacts, having the tools in place, and everything ready is fully justified.

What do you dislike?

Nothing in particular. Our target was very focused (specific titles in specific industries), so the number of potential contacts was obviously restricted. However, we still managed to find a few thousand contacts, which was by itself pretty impressive.

One thing I would caution people before they start: Make sure you take your time to target the right people. The filters, by default, can pull up anybody. It is one thing to have a filter that can reach out to people in company ABC, but if you want to talk to the CFO instead of the guy in charge of security at night, you better review the results of the filters. We initially made that mistake and it took us a few days to realize it. But once the corrections where made, things changed drastically.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Test is out for 3 months minimum. It takes a few weeks for people to receive your first campaigns and start to engage. I would not recommend a one month test because there is no value in that.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

First problem is finding the right contact for the industry types we are looking for. Bant makes this easy, once you learn to tweak things with the filters.

The second problem would be the automation of the entire email process. While this can be done with any email marketing tool, we liked the feel of the Bant engine, it makes things run pretty smoothly.

The end goal is to be able to reach out to a wide range of targets and initiate a conversation with them. In that regards, Bant solves both.

How easy it was to respond to inquiries from potential clients!

What do you dislike?

There really isn't anything I didn't like. The whole process was seamless.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make sure you know exactly what you are looking for and want from Bant.io. I think the reason we were successful is that we had an open line of communication and knew exactly what we wanted.

We were trying to improve the quality of our sales pipeline and not spending hours and hours cold calling. We saved a ton of time by using Bant.io to generate quality prospects.

"Effective but leads need nurturing"

What do you like best?

The benefits of bant lies with the automated sales outreach for your business, in particular the cold campaigns. If you're running more inbound campaigns with content marketing (like we do), bant is a welcome adjunct for leveraging a more direct approach while you continue to nurture your audience on platforms such as LinkedIn.

What do you dislike?

Leads can hit & miss occasionally. We had instances where the leads weren't completely relevant to our target market.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Don't forget to continue leveraging content marketing alongside bant. It's not a magical wand for sales, it needs to be combined with your existing marketing activities inhouse.

I was sceptical of cold outreach before trying bant. Now I realise it's an extremely powerful platform if you're willing to follow up and nurture the leads. It's a great foot through the door.

"A great streamlined service"

What do you like best?

Bant allows us to focus all online marketing into one easy to use portal. We had various different softwares and services previously, which lead to a difficult to manage and disparate collection of sales tools and lead gen platforms. Bant saves us time and money, whilst making our marketing efforts well controlled and easy to view from high level down to granular metrics.

What do you dislike?

Not a dislike but probably worth mentioning for those in the SME market: Bant is an opportunity creator/door opener. It's not about providing sales, you still need a team to do that. It will give you a healthy funnel of new leads, which you can organise discussion and calls with.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

There have been many benefits but primarily less time spent on marketing, and more results.

What do you like best?

Quality of leads provided, pricing was very affordable especially if you purchase for 90 days

They do not provide additional upsell services like appointment setting

Imagine Digital was looking for a lead generation tool that could simplify their own internal marketing processes so that they could focus more of their attention on their clients. We reached over 2,000 potential clients with three email sequences, which were backed by seven A/B tests. On top of this, we ran a retargeting campaign that generated 5,206 impressions and 32 clicks. The campaign ended up generating 34 hot leads for Imagine Digital.

"I never expected such great results with so less of an afford and investment"

What do you like best?

There was nothing really I needed to do in regards to set up the process.

The onboarding process was quick and results came in immediately

I was expecting the minimum what was expected on their website and in the sales call. But I didnt expect these many results. It Totaly changed my outlook for revenue and how to close more deals.

What do you dislike?

There is really nothing that comes into my mind. The only thing what comes into my mind is that the time they spend with you to interview you to search for the leads and prepare the messaging is so short that it gave me the feeling that this might not work. But I don't know how they do it, but they over delivered

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I need meetings with decisionmakers and they solved it more than I could imagine for this price.

I was trying out and setting up calls with other vendors.

I don't have to buy leads or create messaging or tactics or pay for SEO.

I just book meetings from Bant Leads and do what I can do best.

"Increased Pipeline"

What do you like best?

Very reasonable pricing and value. In addition to outbound email lead gen, BANT also does LinkedIn reach outs, and retargeting.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the targeting can be a little bit off.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We've tried multiple marketing platforms and strategies (SEO, PPC, another outbound email vendor, display ads, trade ads, industry events, etc.) but have always had a challenging time finding the right mix to get a consistent lead gen pipeline going. With BANT, they seem to be able to get us a steady stream of conversations going.

"Bant solved a challenge we'd been struggling with for months"

What do you like best?

Bant is professional and efficient. We'd been working on cracking the "email outreach" lead generation nut for months, and it felt like we were trying to play catchup in an industry that was way ahead of us. When we signed on with Bant, we immediately felt like we were playing in the big-leagues. They solved all our problems, made the process simple and easy, and helped us generate leads almost immediately.

What do you dislike?

It's hard to know what Bant is learning along the way and how they're tweaking the approach. Although I have a dashboard with high-level statistics, I don't have visibility into the A/B tests their running, what they're learning as a result, and how they're tweaking as they go. I did notice email copy shift over time, but I wasn't party to the decisions nor to the reasons why those decisions had been made. In general, they get results, so I'm not concerned too much, but the lack of transparency makes it tough for me to learn personally.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Bant is largely handling our outbound lead-generation efforts at this point. They do automated email and linkedIn outreach, and generate leads for us. We went from struggling to get 20 leads a month to regularly hitting close to 50. In our line of work, even just landing one of those leads each month more than pays back the investment we made in Bant, so they're proving their value every day.

"Impressing reach and quality of leads"

What do you like best?

Virtual Reality is a relatively new technology. It can be challenging to reach prospects who had no previous experience with it. Bant helped us develop an approach that worked across the board and helped us reach and generate leads from a variety of industries.

What do you dislike?

There is no option to fine-tune for specific industries. While this is not detrimental in any form. There are resources spent on leads, we know are not qualified from the start.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Spend time on defining the sequence and the message, and ask to alter if it's not bringing the right type of leads.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have restricted resources to spend on researching and reaching out to new prospects.

Bant provided this in a very efficient way, freeing up the sales team's time to focus on account management and revenue generation.
