I would love to see more historical data or information on each van specifically, like if we could input odometer readings and pull reports from that.

Having a facility portal where our clients can log in and submit ride requests and see the status of their current rides are just a couple of the main things I love about Bambi. The dispatch window is user-friendly, easy to use, and easy to understand, which makes getting rides on the calendar extremely simple and ensures that we have all the right accurate information. The facility portal is a huge value add to our clients since we don't have to charge them extra; they just get that with our standard service.

We seem to have consistent trouble with the AI scheduling piece.
