AutoLibs is cloud workshop software for independent automotive repair shops in Germany, with a companion customer app for Android and iOS. It connects appointment and resource planning, customer and vehicle records, workshop jobs, findings and photos, estimates and customer approvals. Vehicle check-in and handover, tyre storage and follow-up care support the workshop workflow. Customers can request appointments through an enabled public workshop link without an app account. Does Starter include invoicing and DATEV export?

Yes. Starter includes PDF invoices, XRechnung and ZUGFeRD/Factur-X within the supported domestic EUR profile, plus DATEV EXTF export. Professional and Enterprise include these features as well.

Do customers need the AutoLibs app to request an appointment?

No. When a workshop enables its public location booking link, customers can send an appointment request in their browser without an app account. The Android and iOS customer app complements this with appointment and job information and approvals. A request is not an automatically confirmed appointment.

How much does AutoLibs cost?

Monthly plans cost EUR 49 for Starter, EUR 89 for Professional and EUR 179 for Enterprise, excluding VAT. With annual billing, the respective yearly totals are EUR 490, EUR 890 and EUR 1,790 excluding VAT. Prices are per plan, not per employee. Optional Stripe payment-provider fees are separate.

What are the differences between the plans?

Starter supports up to 3 employees and 100 appointments per month. Professional provides unlimited employees and appointments plus reporting. Enterprise adds multiple workshops within one organisation and location switching. All plans include invoicing and the offered export features.

Does the free trial become a paid subscription automatically?

No. AutoLibs offers a 60-day free trial without a credit card. The trial ends automatically. A paid subscription requires a separate plan purchase. The trial also includes features of higher plans; not every trial feature is included in Starter.

Is AutoLibs installed on the workshop computer?

The workshop portal runs in a web browser and requires an internet connection. AutoLibs is offered as cloud software, not as an on-premise installation. The optional customer app is available for Android and iOS.
