All round great experience
I’ve had a great experience using Atera. The per-technician pricing with unlimited devices keeps costs predictable and avoids licence sprawl, which is a big win. Setup was quick, the interface is clean, and it’s easy to get value without heavy onboarding.

Atera covers the core IT needs well, including RMM, ticketing, patching, remote access, and automation in one platform. Windows support is strong and day-to-day management is straightforward. While reporting and macOS/Linux management aren’t as deep as specialist tools, it’s a reliable, cost-effective solution that does exactly what it promises.

Atera is my Kung-Fu and it is strong.
I manage all our company's physical and virtual servers, PC laptops, desktops all from my MacBook Pro. Setup of the agent is a breeze. Once installed and deployed, I can keep the endpoints up to date, log in remotely to diagnose and repair, assist with training employees and maintaining user accounts. Scripting is something I am using more of. I have not used their AI tools, and they are available for an additional fee. Would like to see that included with standard license, rather than tiers of extra charge.

An highly recommended IT ops solution
I was positively surprised from how well this solution addressed the team's need - basically reducing the repetitive tasks and allow the technicians work on the projects they favor.
