As an SDE2 at Awiros, what I like best about Zoho Workplace is how everything we need for collaboration is bundled together — email, chat, docs, sheets, and even presentations. Instead of jumping between different tools, we can stay in one ecosystem.

Zoho Workplace covers a lot of ground, but sometimes it feels a bit overwhelming. The UI across different apps isn’t always consistent. The mobile experience could also be smoother — especially when working on docs or sheets on the go.

At Awiros, Zoho Workplace helps us bring communication and collaboration under one roof. Instead of juggling separate tools for email, chat, file storage, and document editing, we can do it all within the same ecosystem. That solves a big context-switching problem — I don’t have to jump between multiple platforms to share a doc, send feedback, or set up a meeting. The real-time collaboration on docs and sheets also makes reviews much faster. Overall, it cuts down on overhead and helps the team stay more focused on actual work.

It has very affordable and easy email and workspace management, with custom domain support.

It would be nice if custom mail client support was in the free plan.

My main purpose of using Zoho is sending and receiving emails under my professional domain.

I have been using Zoho Workplace for a while now and what I really like is how everything is connected - email, documents, chat, and calendar all in one place.

It saves me from constantly switching between apps. The interface is clean and easy to use, and it's customizable, which helps me stay organized the way I want.

Multiple people can edit the same document, spreadsheet, or presentation at the same time; comments, version tracking; meetings & reviews integrated. Very helpful for teams especially when remote.

Communication with support may be subpar in certain regions or for certain plans.

It solves the core issue of connecting our team in the one place. There are variety of apps bond together at one place that help us use it daily and help us integrate various business operations with it.

There are some rough edges with Zoho Workplace apps. Some of the apps do not integrate so well, but gets the job done.

Zoho solves the internal and external communication issues with its host of features in the app. Zoho workplace collaborates various apps at one place to make life easy.

Definitely the emailing and collaboration features, my team has recently moved to Zoho from local collaboration tools and it has been wonderful, easy to use, easy to communicate with their support and it has a lot of other tools that can be integrated with—great work from the Zoho team.
