The initial setup is a little confusing, and some options are hard to find. The mobile app also feels slow at times, especially when uploading receipts. Report customization could be simpler and more straightforward.

So far we have no complaints about the software, once we have adjusted to the learning curve of using new software I expect things to be even esaier

It would be helpful if the required fields for submitting a report were a little more user-friendly. The UX/UI during the report submission process could also be improved to make it clearer and easier to complete.

Easy to Use with Seamless Syncing and Auto-Scan

What do you like best about Zoho Expense?

I like how easy it is to use, especially the syncing with books and the auto-scan feature.

What do you dislike about Zoho Expense?

The biggest thing I wish Zoho Expense had is automatic import for non-UAE cards as well. I also think it needs to be a bit easier to use when managing multiple accounts across multiple countries.

What problems is Zoho Expense solving and how is that benefiting you?

So Zoho Expense is solving the aspect where we don't have to worry about missed expenses and also reconciling. Reimbursement is a huge part of it. We are able to track it at personal card spends, auto reimbursement, reimbursement via payroll. The ecosystem plays extremely useful for us.
