What do you like best about Zoho Expense?

Zoho expense is easy to learn, intuitive, and more powerful than other expenses programs I have used. The fact that Zoho Expense integrates with project management, client management, and billing makes it easy to manage and bill expenses for the business and clients. It is quite flexible and can be customized as needed.

What do you dislike about Zoho Expense?

Sometimes certain functions are difficult to follow. Take it slow with Setup. Having your accounting setup is crucial.

What problems is Zoho Expense solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Zoho Expense to track my expenses, but also for tracking expenses I pay on behalf of my clients. It makes it easy to bill on client’s monthly bills.

Seamless Bank & Card Sync Makes Expense Reimbursements Effortless

What do you like best about Zoho Expense?

Zoho expense allows for direct connection to my bank and credit cards for my business as well as for my personal cards. This makes it extremely simple to find the expenses which need to be reimbursed to myself as well as ensuring the invoices for our transactions are all there. The integration was super simple.

They also include good Customer support and admin view is another great plus to manage the expense reports.

What problems is Zoho Expense solving and how is that benefiting you?

The only point of improvement I would say, is the ability to have an HR manager to compile all expense reports.

Great for GST Tax Invoicing, Payments Tracking, and Integrations

What do you like best about Zoho Expense?

Zoho has been an great experience, we have been able to add GST Tax invoicing. keep track of invoices and payments. Provinding Multi-entity expenses management. We also get a lots of integrations, so that we can pass the data.

What do you dislike about Zoho Expense?

Sometime the UI feels laggy. The User Experience is not that good.

What problems is Zoho Expense solving and how is that benefiting you?

For us Zoho solve the taxation issue that we were having, also the integration with zoho book, it becomes fullstack solution. Zoho expense help in incode invoicing managements as well.

Easy to understand and the support is great. I contacted them and they were clear and supportive. Love to work with technology, but have human support in case of problems

not clear how the Zoho expense can be integrate with the rest of the app. Y need to check, but a group of a the as billing and a lot of different payments. look crazy to me. Maybe get a personalize subscription, possible?

What I like most about Zoho Expense is how simple and intuitive it is to use. Submitting expenses, getting approvals, and tracking reimbursements are all well structured and easy to follow, which saves a lot of manual effort. The automation for receipt scanning and policy checks also helps reduce errors, and the smooth integration with other Zoho applications makes the entire expense management process feel seamless and efficient.

What do you dislike about Zoho Expense?

There aren’t many major drawbacks, but during the initial setup, some of the more advanced features can occasionally take a little time to fully understand. I also think a few minor UI tweaks could make certain settings easier to find. Overall, these are small issues and they don’t really affect the platform’s day-to-day usability.

Recommendations to others considering Zoho Expense?

Before we started using Zoho Expense, tracking employee expenses and reimbursements was mostly manual and very time-consuming, and we had limited visibility into approval status and policy compliance. We frequently ran into delays, missing receipts, and inconsistent expense reporting, which made the whole process harder to manage.

with Zoho im able to easily take a snapscan of my reciept with zoho and my office is able to get it immediately Generous Trial with Full Feature Access and a Helpful Free Plan Option

I like the fact that their trial is able to give you access to all features and the fact that you can be moved to free plan if you cant afford to pay a subscription as yet

i dont like the fact that i am limited in terms of features on the free plan. i wish we could just have access to most features with just 3 users especially for small businesses
