Fantastic service
Fantastic service, in particular from Adam. He was really hands on in every step, always available, made ample time for me and my team. We’ve had an excellent experience with Zenoti from start to finish. The onboarding process was well structured, clear and thoughtfully delivered, which made what could have been a complex transition feel smooth and manageable.
The system itself is brilliant - the automations in particular have already saved us a huge amount of time and streamlined so many day-to-day processes. It’s made a real, tangible difference to how efficiently we operate.
A special mention must go to Spandana, who has truly gone above and beyond throughout the process. She has been incredibly supportive, responsive and proactive, always taking the time to ensure we understood each step and felt confident moving forward. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her commitment to getting everything right really stood out.

We’ve been using Zenoti for our salons and it’s been consistently reliable, with very little downtime and smooth day‑to‑day operation. The platform makes it easy for our teams to collaborate across salons, with clear visibility of bookings, stylists and clients all in one place.

The biggest benefit has been the time it saves – from online bookings to reporting, a lot of the admin we used to do manually is now automated. This lets our team focus more on clients. Overall, Zenoti has become a dependable, time‑saving part of how we run the business.

Zenoti feels so much easier with the help of Bernice my Customer Support Specialist
Firstly, I would not have found Zenoti as useful as I do without the incredible help of our Customer Support Specialist Bernice. What I have appreciated about the process is that she has met me where I am (a clinic owner who also works within the business) and enabled me to create a software that really works for our business, in the way we want it to work for our clients and practitioners. Zenoti has so many different features that it can seem overwhelming and make your head spin, therefore having someone dedicated to supporting your business and you is a huge advantage. Any issues I have raised have been discussed and implemented as soon as the team could do it, and the software has come a long way in terms of useability and updates since we began a few years ago. It has everything in one place, including the customer mobile app, which we are excited to share with our customers, as well as great analysis of clinic performance.
