design and functionality and smooth workflow you can add roles and give permission and share birthdays between members and can make announcements and can request a vacation or other types of vacation and see your balance and slip salary also you can request overtime, loan.

maybe need more enhancement in the design also notifications need to be more detailed also there are scrollable and many pages without need also if the page has no data you need to enhance the design to fit this.
