Best PM tool I have came across till date. This tool works seamlessly & has many features that can make the project management easy & very simple. Wrike can be integrated with Outlook & Jira and is available on every leading mobile platforms.

Wrike serves me very well, team emails can be done and manage easily. Working in a project becomes very easy and convenient when you have a great tool like this. The security measures is excellent, it only allows the recipient to get the necessary information. Team communication and updates are conveniently done.

We’re a software vendor that focuses on custom enterprise solutions. We’re better off using non-core systems developed by others to remain efficient, focusing our attention instead on our custom offers. We really love Wrike because it helps us to implement a project management architecture right away. Pros: We love its features. We don’t have multi-tiered and complex dependencies, so Wrike’s straightforward task management and file management systems fit our needs. Email integration is handy and the dashboard feature is simple but useful. I also like the desktop notifications (they pop up in the corner), which make sure messages are not missed. We also have less than 15 members in our team so the pricing is just right. Cons: cannot brand customize the workspace. It doesn’t sound a major issue for other businesses, but in our industry (enterprise solutions) we look awkward and small time to be seen using other company’s software even if the app is not our core development area.

Wrike is a really comprehensive tool for Time Management and Task Management. It is user friendly and offers a great amount of options for those tasks that require extra information. Being a deadline driven company, Wrike has helped our team be sure to meet all deadlines on time and effectively communicate to the field.

A really nice PM tools which helps the user for their task integration. However it should be more user friendly. It requires a lot of time to get familiar with. However apart from that all other features are good. Email notification and mobile app are awesome.

After using several different programs to track new products and customization projects, we have found Wrike to be a very efficient solution for our entire company. In Wrike, we are able to set up and assign tasks necessary to complete projects, we can project completion dates thanks to the gantt chart and are able to store vital information in such a way that it is easy to access in the future. Currently the e-Learning Content Department is the primary user of Wrike, but it is accessible by the management team, sales, engineering, and customer service which allows us to communicate and collaborate company wide.

Wrike Pros:

Gantt chart — This helps with projects that are complex and require various tasks or phases to be completed in order to develop a final project. We simply could not plan product releases effectively without this!

Folders — Organization is incredibly important when managing projects for several different facets (customer-driven, sales-driven, marketing-driven, etc) and the fact that I can manipulate and move projects into different folders helps me watch a project as it travels through our “workflow” from inception to delivery.

Tasks — Not only developing unlimited tasks and sub-tasks with deadlines, but also being able to assign them to different people within our teams has allowed us to have a central point to work from. I highly appreciate the ability to duplicate folders with their included tasks as our workflow is often repeated for similar projects.

Wrike Cons:

I would like to see different statuses saved in different folders. Instead, the status is changed and it affects all folders globally. This has caused me some confusion or irritation at times.

With sub-tasks, I find myself wishing that changing a tasks’ deadline would also change the subtasks’ deadlines. When I push things forward or backward with the Gantt chart, I then have to go into each subtask and adjust them as well. Sometimes, it seems easier to make everything tasks so I can use the cause/effect of dependencies.

Duration can be confusing at times given that sometimes a task will take a bit of time daily over several days, but not necessarily all day. Group several tasks like that together and planning resources becomes difficult because you cannot distinguish how much ACTUAL time on a given day is needed for a particular project. I find myself planning by dates and not durations. I think if there were a way to use these independently, that would be helpful.

We've used Wrike for a couple of years. Wrike is a flexible project management tool that encourages information sharing among your team. We use it for our IT department and use it to track both our service work and our projects. One thing I especially like is their support team, when I come to them with questions that usually go beyond in their response. Taking the time to share idea on how we can make Wrike work better for us. The biggest challenge is getting deep enough into the use that the benefits come, it is too easy with any project management tool to use it after the fact, to use it only as a time tracking system. I find the strong communication functionality of Wrike helps your team get past this issue.

We are using Wrike to quickly turn notes into activities and build on the current methods to do a continuous improvement of the processes that were in place before the PMO mindset settled in. Wrike has allowed us to collaborate with ease and to be able to communicate expectations quickly not only internally but also to external contributors. The multidimensional aspect of the folders comes in very handy when your projects are long and transversal on scope and resources. It is very convenient and being allowed to interact directly from the Gannt is a big win.

Wrike is a fantasic and intuitive project management tool. Pros: Fast set up, integrates with everything, good reporting features, easily customisable. Cons: it should be easier to conttrol email notifications. I would highly recommend using Wrike.
