What do you like best?
- The relationship between the Wialon team and ours. We have great communication, so in the case of new developments, ideas and or any issues, these are dealt with and initiated within a short time.
- I particularly like the fact that when we ask for assistance or general queries, we receive an accurate answer, followed up with ways to achieve our query.
What do you dislike?
The fact that we have not met any of the Wialon team personally, we are based in Australia and have not yet had the chance to travel to meet them.

On a day to day basis, we have new and sometimes bizarre requests from potential and existing clients regarding Telemetric information and or develop ways to transfer data from equipment, machines or vehicles. With the dedicated team at Wialon, integration of new technologies and developments of hardware protocols is made easier, which helps us help our clients.
