it's a pain to support

What do you like best about WEPA?

I guess the ability to print from almost any device to one of their printers and that it gives an easy way to provide students the ability to pay for what they print.

What do you dislike about WEPA?

the small chunk of the profits doesn't seem worth it, most hardware related issues they want you to do yourself, like replacing a card reader or advanced troubleshooting steps.

Recommendations to others considering WEPA?

I'm not sure what's out there, but I have read good things about papercut, and I am sure there are other options.

What problems is WEPA solving and how is that benefiting you?

provide a means to control who prints how many pages and for the end user to contribute to the cost of printing.
