What do you like best about vinSUITE?

Once members are entered into the system updating and maintaining their information is very simple.

What do you dislike about vinSUITE?

The Site Editor Feature is not as intuitive as I would like.

What problems is vinSUITE solving and how is that benefiting you?

this software enables me to looking up member information, maintain company website, process member purchases all in one software - which is a time saver. This is much more beneficial than having to use multiple programs to do the same thing.

What do you like best about vinSUITE?

Once you actually learn all of the intricacies of the platform, a user is typically able to get everything accomplished that they would like to... However, said the learning curve is fairly steep, and therefore it requires a technologically savvy or digital native to get to an administrative level and use the platform accordingly.

What do you dislike about vinSUITE?

The site editor feature, which enables us to make changes to our website is nowhere near as user-friendly or intuitive as some of the new website development platforms such as Squarespace, Weebly, Wix, etc... Similarly, the e-commerce features are somewhat wanting,

Recommendations to others considering vinSUITE?

All platforms are very sticky and so this is not a decision to be made lightly... We've spent quite some time with the tech support on the phone, and at times, we were instructing them how to to use the platform versus them instructing us...

Review of VinSuit

What do you like best about vinSUITE?

It allows easy access finding members, tracking past member purchases.

What do you dislike about vinSUITE?

It sometimes freezes up, isn’t very user friendly for employees who do not have basic computer skills. Also the mobile version can’t print receipts, which is frustrating and a hassle if a customer or employee messes up the email.

What problems is vinSUITE solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easy transactions for members, it is very detail oriented, which allows for lots of tracking.

Great service, but rigid

What do you like best about vinSUITE?

It provides a ton of functionality to process a variety of different orders.

What do you dislike about vinSUITE?

I'd like the ability to customize some aspects, however, these are option as of yet.

Great service, company has been recently doing a lot of updates to better increase flexibility.
