VComply has been a huge asset to our organization. Compliance activities never go forgotten with the reminders, and completing a task/submitting evidence is very easy. As someone who builds tasks as well, the platform is very easy to understand after training. We love VComply!

There is a bit of a learning curve to get comfortable with the platform, but after training, it became easier to do activities in the platform.

Great compliance tracking! The platform also allows us to see how the entire organization is doing and provides reporting that can be shared with others or used internally.

VComply is user friendly and we are always able to obtain support from their team when we need help migrating another system onto the VComply platrform.

One of the issues we previously had was needing to create a bit more hierarchy regarding who can manage and assign tasks, but with the recent updates, that has been resolved.

I love that VComply centralized all of our reporting and auditing tasks and deadlines. We have finally moved away from having excel trackers (and trackers for trackers) because everything is entered and setup with the necessary repeating deadlines and/or cadences.

The system can be edited as required to incorporate multiple business areas or entities and is perfect for assigning and tracking responsibilities. VComply is the ideal repository for compliance and regulatory requirements. It facilitates the integration of risk and compliance in a very intuitive way through the use of modules that can be used individually but also overlap with each other resulting in a comprehensive one-stop GRC system. In addition, the system provides multiple dashboards and instant reporting tools.

Whenever we dislike something or, more so, would like something changed or added, VComply is highly responsive to updates. The system is constantly evolving and growing based on user feedback.

As a group, it enables GRC across multiple entities with the nessecary segregation. It is very scalable and can be used for Compliance & Risk staff and across all business units. VComply allows for continuous monitoring of all aspects of compliance across multiple locations.

The system, through its responsibility and assessment functions, facilitates the integration of operational processes, which are more efficient than traditional paper-based checklists or functional documents

VComply has proven to be a very effective tool to track compliance activities. It provides a way to automate your compliance program and assign tasks to individuals, along with reminders and the ability to upload supporting documentation. The customer service is the best I've experienced from a software company. They continue to evolve the software and regularly roll out updates and new features.

There is nothing I dislike. There is nothing that is not working well. The company continues to make improvements and push out updates and new features.

The only downside is that we didn't start using V-Comply sooner!

We now know we are getting all compliance-related responsibilities done.

We now know we are prepared for an unexpected inspection or investigation, a third-party audit, or an accreditation review.

We now know when responsibilities are due, and the individual responsible for completing it.

We can now gauge employee workload and turnover to understand when to reassign or delegate responsibilities to others.

We can now identify, document, and address non-compliance issues.

VComply is ideal for GRC management, and our team was able to get trained and running within a few weeks. It has modules that are interconnected, and this helps us with end-to-end GRC management.

We reported 1-2 bugs initially, but those were taken care of immediately by the support team.

VComply is an intuitive GRC tool that helps us manage our compliance obligations and internal controls. The platform is quite flexible and compatible for managing inter departmental requirements. We use it to manage the internal controls and compliance requirements for multiple departments. I was amazed at how VComply helped us map the different departments efficiently and improved our internal KPI reporting. Their training and support team is very prompt and responsive. The product has enabled us to simplify and automate our internal processes and provided a lot of transparency across the organization.

It is important for an organization to have their requirements clearly set out before using the tool. This is not a con for the product but something to keep in mind for other users.

Since the software is user friendly, the team likes to log on and update their work. This really helps since no manual follow ups are required anymore.

Vcomply support team is incredible and our team was able to get up and running within a few days. It helps our team to be more productive and made compliance oversight simple. The executive dashboards are quite helpful in understanding the risk environment in our organization and help us making decisions faster.

No significant complaints yet. The tool has been helpful indeed.
