I like Usermaven because of its simple interface and ease of use. It's easy to find what I'm looking for, like user data and page views, and everything is well laid out. The transition from Google Analytics to Usermaven was smooth as it is easier to use. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to the helpful guides and examples.

I think Usermaven is highly usable, and the information provided is very useful, especially for marketing analytics and attribution. I particularly like the granularity of the data and the clear user interface, which makes the information easy to grasp. The software is fast and snappy, and everything just works smoothly, which makes me pretty happy with the experience of using it. Additionally, the initial setup was great and very easy, almost effortless.

I don't really know. So far, most of the things that I've needed it for have worked. I think, we're looking forward to new features to be launched, especially in areas like marketing attribution. Maybe more integrations with platforms would help us increase our usage of the product too.

A few times I've seen spikes of traffic and suspect it to be bots. It could be better at handling this. (but it's rare)

I was never able to get useful information from Google analytics, but with Usermaven I have discovered many useful insights that have led me to optimise my website in ways that have improved my visitors experience and in turn grown my business. The information provided in Usermaven is easy to understand and the clean colorful interface makes for an enjoyable experience. The fact that you can white-label your tracking pixel ensures you are getting accurate and complete data. The setup was quite simple, much easier than other similar tools. Having live chat support in app is very much appreciated. I also appreciate the weekly summary emails sharing the key stats for the week.

I am not very technical so probably not using all the functionality of Usermaven. I would like if there were some live/recorded trainings teaching how to apply the advanced features available.

Usermaven helps me understand how visitors are using my website and highlights weak points I should correct. It has allowed me to improve my overall customer journey experience which has led to more growth in my business.

Super easy to install, the custom domains were very easy to do. The first party information is definitely helpful because I don't want to get sued by some idiot lawyer. Integrating it with High Level was stupid easy.

Setting up and customizing my needs is still a work in progress. They don't have a library of tutorials for various use cases and the stuff they do have is way more technical than I'd like to deal with. Perhaps having more user friendly, easy to understand setup and customizing videos would be great, something that Google Analytics already has with its army of users.

Nothing to dislike. For the vast majority of businesses, the current ecosystem gets the job done. Plus, they’re clearly building out active improvements—I haven’t seen a company iterate on customer feedback this fast in a long time.

Reveals clear, precise website metrics

I just wanted to share my amazing experience with your no-code analytics tool. With features like website analytics, product analytics, funnels, journeys, attribution and a mini CRM called contacts-hub to view individual journey of each user, Usermaven has made my work so much easier.

Super easy to setup!

The dashboard is clean and it feels good knowing it's more privacy-friendly than Google Analytics.

It gives advanced data, such as the complete visitor´s page journey, as well as funnel journey.

As of now i don´t find anythinbg lacking. As a matter of fact i feel the opposite. There´s many advanced features that i still want to try!

There's a lot to like, ultimately the ease of use and robustness. It's a very simple install and you immediately start getting great insights and value from your websites. Then digging a little deeper you can setup conversion goals, funnels, and more. I also like it combines web and product analytics in one product.

I don't really have any issues with Usermaven. There are features that I haven't configured but that is mainly due to me not digging into the documentation and learning what I can do. So if anything, I would say it's so robust, I'm not reaping the benefits of everything yet.

I wasn't happy with the path and complexity of GA and was using a simpler tool, Clicky. Usermaven provided both ease of use and lots of features. Important to me was the product analytics piece as we are looking to launch a SaaS app. For the cost, Usermaven combined both well.
