What do you like best about uKnowva HRMS?

The uKnowva HRMS app and tool is user-friendly, cost-effective, easily scalable, configurable, and flexible to changes for companies to grow, mature, and automate their daily and mundane tasks from hire to retire. It has amazing features like a recruitment engine, payroll management system, performance management system, happiness metre, and seamless integrations across platforms and departments. The instance is easily accessible anywhere when the team is on the move for daily records of leaves and attendance.

What do you dislike about uKnowva HRMS?

There can be slight glitches in a bit or while you're logging in. Some teams might not need as many features as the uKnowva HRMS app provides. The app is for the next-gen workforce. So, eventually, people have to improve their knowledge of tech + user-friendly apps like uKnowva HRMS.

What problems is uKnowva HRMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps teams to scale up and automate their daily tasks like automating records of leaves and attendance or scheduling/estimating the next batch of attendance depending on the last batch. It helps HRs and teams to analyse, and predict the upcoming attrition rates. Then, they can plan how to improve their employee experiences across platforms and improve their retention scores. It also helps track assets given to deskless workers across PAN India and has clearances on time before processing the F-n-F of the leaving or departing employee.

What do you like best about uKnowva HRMS?

We are using Uknowva. it's easy to use to manage the employee details. Also, it's ease of implementation in the project of managing the records. A number of features are available to save the details of every employee. Ease of Integration in the Software. also, we got quick Customer Support regarding any issue.

What do you dislike about uKnowva HRMS?

I didn't find any issue at the using time of the uKnowva.

What do you like best about uKnowva HRMS?

We are using uknowva for ease to manage the employee records and it's vary easy of implementation with out system. Number of fetures available for manage the employee records such as Employee Salary, Profile, TDS, Groups , Team etc....

What do you dislike about uKnowva HRMS?

And also we ease integration with out project. very frequency of user use it.

We are using long of the uknowva. But right now we are not getting any issue form uknowva side.

We are getting very big issue to manage the employee records. but now it's very easy by using uKnowva.
