TherapyNotes’ customer service is honestly one of their best features. The support team is kind, responsive, and walks you through everything step by step. Most of the time, they save me a lot of time and frustration.

I’ve used other software before and ended up leaving because I constantly felt lost and couldn’t get the support I needed. Being able to talk to a real, helpful human makes a huge difference.

We already have a stressful job, and having a system that actually supports you makes things so much easier. Thank you!!

Efficient and Easy to Use Platform

As a practitioner based in Australia, I’ve found TherapyNotes to be incredibly helpful in managing my daily workflow. I was overwhelmed at first

I was overwhelmed at first! Then I called customer support, I was patiently accommodated with answers to all my questions and received an email afterwards with links to each topic I was looking for help on. So far no stone left unturned! I do anticipate a little more frustration, but am confident that I'll receive great suppot!

I like the Therapy Notes format

I like the Therapy Notes format, but half of the selling point is the excellent customer service. No menus, just a person answering the phone

Everytime i call Therapy Notes and…

Everytime i call Therapy Notes and speak with any of their representatives i always leave the call smarter than i came into it. They are nice and friendly and very helpful. I have learned alot from them. Keep up the good work. Appreciate their kindness and willingness to help with any problem that we have. A lot of the representatives (not all) appear to be younger people (early 20s) but very well trained they know their stuff.

Very Grateful

Yesterday, I was trying to Bill for EAP sessions. I called and spoke with therapy notes support. They helped me in so many ways that I didn’t even know I needed help with! Not only did they resolve my concern, they taught me things along the way. My support person guided me step-by-step along the way. She made sure that my concern was addressed to the very end. My practice and business will be stuck in hurting if not for the help that she provided me.
