Simple to use but feature heavy, its been pivotal for my business to be able to reach customers in different ways. Does both text and email now! Wish there were more Zapier API like one to call a template.

I only joined this service an hour ago if that, i dont normally right reviews this quick, AT ALL, but i am not a hater. The service is amazing, got 50p credit upfront, sounds small but 14 free texts free to try it out is fair, so simple to use, i thought i was gonna have to register with those phone number things and show ID and that crap but nope, signed up in like 10mins or less, i thought it was a catch, hence the good review so soon. Well done finally a good genuine, needed service.

Definitely Recommend
I have been using TextMagic for several years now and have been very satisfied with the service. The ability to have an interactive text experience with patients has been beneficial in communicating with patients. Many times we are able to get responses to simple questions and confirmations quicker than phone calls themselves. In addition, many of my patients live in the country where cell phone service is not great, but they are able to receive and send text messages. Overall, I would definitely recommend this service to any and all small businesses

LOVE Textmagic!!!
We have been using textmagic for about 5 years now for our research projects. It is so incredibly easy to use, and the options for creating the texts are simple and efficient. If I've ever had a question the customer service staff are quick to respond and very helpful. Amazing service and so simple to use.
We have been using Textmagic to provide our customers with text support without the inconvenience of texts arriving on our phones.

Text messages arrive by email and we can reply from a proper keyboard at a desk. Having said that, they also come through to our phones, but in the Textmagic app and do not clutter our own text messages.

Really good service
Really good service. Very easy to use and good value for money. Our customers like the fact that we send a text to alert them that we have answered their initial enquiries. We also use it if we have urgent requests for information from our members (we are are trade union) and any issues with their membership. Also great statistics that help us monitor the volume we send.

This is a really cost effective way to reach out to a group all at the same time. On a weekly basis I send out a link to a video message from our MD to a distribution list and, on an ad hoc basis, I can import specific contact information from an excel report to tailor the distribution to the most appropriate people.
It has also be a real help to me when making arrangements for interviews etc. If I email the arrangements and then follow it up with a text alerting candidates to a message in their inbox, it really helps to cut down on the "no shows"! And it is really easy to use. I don't know how I managed before!!
