Super Project Management Software

What do you like best about TeamGantt?

I really like the list view of the tasks. I create a WBS using this forma and then it fits perfectly into the Gantt view. I like the fact that there are training videos ready to teach you during each phase. Also this software is very easy to use not super confusing but it really flows and lakes sense.

What do you dislike about TeamGantt?

I would like to see a section specifically for risk management. I like using a separate risk management section to keep risks in front of me.

Recommendations to others considering TeamGantt?

Give this software a try it is easy to use and very straight forward.

What problems is TeamGantt solving and how is that benefiting you?

The software is being use to setup and control and internal project for training purposes.

What do you like best about TeamGantt?

I really like that TeamGantt offers an intuitive drag-and-drop Gantt chart interface, making project scheduling and timeline adjustments super easy. It also enables seamless team collaboration with task assignments, file sharing, and real-time progress tracking. The initial setup was very easy, not painful at all.

What do you dislike about TeamGantt?

It could improve by offering more advanced reporting and analytics for deeper project insights. It also lacks some high-level resource management and automation features compared to more robust tools.

Powerful project management without the hefty price tag

What do you like best about TeamGantt?

I really appreciate how visual TeamGantt is. Creating project plans for something as complex as building a substation can be challenging, especially with so many moving parts involved. However, TeamGantt makes the process much easier. Everyone on the team can clearly see what’s happening at each stage of the project and understand how their tasks connect with those of others. Collaboration is straightforward, and you receive notifications when tasks are due. The ability to view the workload for a single project as well as across multiple projects is brilliant. I also like that they don’t charge extra for every user on the platform—it’s a single price whether you have 50 people or 500.

What do you dislike about TeamGantt?

It would be even better if there were more integrations with Teams.

What problems is TeamGantt solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before, we managed everything using just a spreadsheet, without any dedicated project management software. Now, with a central platform for all our projects, everyone is able to access and use it. This change has streamlined how projects are handled throughout the organization.

What do you like best about TeamGantt?

TeamGantt has the ability for multiple collaborators to interact in real–time and visualize progress together. The speed with which I can organize tasks, set priorities and modify deadlines is a before and after when it comes to planning activities that are understandable by the whole team; I'd also like to point out that in the visual schedules allows us to immediately identify tasks by category, status or urgency and thus improve their follow–up.

What do you dislike about TeamGantt?

The visual layout in TeamGantt is clean, however it has a considerable number of functionalities that at first made me take some time to fully understand how to link interdependent activities.

What problems is TeamGantt solving and how is that benefiting you?

By centralizing management in TeamGantt the tracking of our programs became much more orderly; having a shared dashboard where everyone involved has immediate visibility of overall progress, important dates and their responsibilities helps us distribute the workload more evenly.

Team Gantt documents communication between our on-site and CAPEX teams in a user friendly platform.

What do you dislike about TeamGantt?

I have no issues with Team Gantt at this time.

What problems is TeamGantt solving and how is that benefiting you?

Team Gantt organizes, schedules, tracks progress and documents conversation on CAPEX projects on-site. With our on-site location being in North Carolina and our corporate headquarters being in Utah, Team Gantt serves as a very valuable tool within our organization.

Small Charity using TeamGannt for an Annual Project

I am a program manager for a St Vincent De Paul Christmas program that provides food boxes and gift cards to over 100 families each year. This project runs from August until wrap up in January and can get pretty crazy from October through December. There are many volunteers involved with various technical abilities and many moving pieces from multiple food/gift card drives to box builds to the final delivery day. I love how TeamGantt easily allows me to organize and group tasks, visualize dependencies, set milestones and communicate what needs attention. Because this is a hosted application, I appreciate having one version of the truth I can access from pretty much anywhere via the app. I don’t always have my laptop with me but I can use the app and do everything from my phone at anytime. This is so much better than trying to keep track of every detail in a spreadsheet.
