What do you like best about Synergita?

Synergita offers a comprehensive platform for managing performance, goals, and employee feedback. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, so it’s easy for both employees and managers to navigate. We especially value the flexibility to configure performance cycles, along with the ability to track goals and development plans consistently throughout the year. The customer support team is highly responsive and open to feedback, which has played a major role in our overall positive experience.

There isn’t anything I particularly dislike about the platform. If I had to point to one area that could be improved, it would be advanced analytics—there are times when more in-depth reporting and clearer insights would be helpful.

What do you like best about Synergita?

Synergita lets us manage OKRs and performance reviews. It has both Bottom to top alighment and cascading, and also offers customizable workflows, which suits my organization. It is easy to implement, and we received ontime support from the team.

The OKR tree view and cascading OKRs make alignment clear. Jira integration auto-updates tasks into KRs. The product is easy to use.

What do you like best about Synergita?

Synergita is comprehensive and flexible, meeting the requirements of our company, which is distributed across multiple geographies. They support different appraisal review processes and templates for each department. The user experience is good, and our employees use it without formal training. “Voice notes” option in continuous feedback is great. Customer support is always available and assists when required

It enables an open and synergistic culture via the continuous feedback leader board. Employees are more likely to communicate, openly exchange views, and recognize and promote their coworkers due to this.

Post-covid, internal employee communication was a considerable difficulty. Employees were unable to work well in groups.

Customized PMS Tool and excellent customer service. Simple User interface.

Nothing to dislike, need to have Learning solutions to fill in performance gap.

What do you like best about Synergita?

The template building tool within the platform is one of a kind. Goals, KPI, rating methodologies, department functions, roles, and more were efficiently introduced and implemented with Synergita.

What do you dislike about Synergita?

The continuous performance management solution is delivered as a pay-per-use SaaS model, which I believe could use some reworking.

Recommendations to others considering Synergita?

The switch is a significant commitment and transformation of your management system for the better. However, it can be a tedious process to execute, so make sure you do it when you can dedicate resources for the migration.

What problems is Synergita solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our management systems had a few standard templates, which were all over the place. As a result, HR had to resort to the MIS team for even the slightest changes.

An Ideal Performance Management tool for a small to midsized company

What do you like best about Synergita?

I like the entire team for being prompt and responsive. They are quite flexible and accommodative, and any amount of customization is feasible. Moreover, I found all my needs met, including a customized 360 review.

What do you dislike about Synergita?

I dislike nothing, but I would love to have robust reporting mechanisms that are easily configurable as desired by customers. The engagement platform has to be improved and gamified with more interactive.

Recommendations to others considering Synergita?

If you have your way of managing Performance, you can get all of it automated in Synergita. If you want customization and prompt tech support after sales, Synergita is reliable.

What problems is Synergita solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can automate my entire PMS, including a 9 Box auto-mapping, and it reduces our manual efforts to a larger extent.
