Easy to Use

What do you like best about SumUp?

Is easy to use and provides all the important information to manage my sales.

What do you dislike about SumUp?

I will like for the inventory feature to be more complete and easier to use.

What problems is SumUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

It gives an opportunity to buy to people that don't have cash on them. Where I expose my products most of the people like to pay with their phones so it helps me not to lose those sales.

SumUp Lets Us Sell Anywhere with Confidence

What do you like best about SumUp?

We’re a small farm market that sells artisan baked goods and handcrafted items, and we’re proud to support our local farm community. SumUp makes it possible for us to bring our goods to where the people are. We can head to local farm markets without worrying, because SumUp has been a trusted partner for us.

What do you dislike about SumUp?

The unit we have is a bit clunky when it comes to figuring out tax. We found out later than we should have that it takes the tax out of the amount we type in, rather than adding it on to the customer’s total. Because of that, we still need to keep a calculator handy, and it can slow things down a little.

What problems is SumUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our operation is able to participate more within the community and not stay in a static location.

Seamless Integration and Powerful Rewards System

What do you like best about SumUp?

I like that SumUp fully integrates everything throughout the system, including POS and the credit card processor. It's nice to have this integration, especially with the rewards program that operates on autopilot. The actual setup wasn't difficult, making it a simple, easy process. The system also makes ordering easier with available projections. I love their whole system, and it's the best system I've used so far, definitely giving it a 10 out of 10.

What do you dislike about SumUp?

The fact that it's all running off of Wi-Fi, occasionally, the credit card processor doesn't work. It'll disconnect here and there, but that's just minor and kind of infrequent. Most of the time, it pulls through just fine. But every now and again, it just kinda acts up. That would probably be the only thing that doesn't really work all that well. Everything else functions very smoothly. I would say there would be some back office inventory management tools that could be a little bit more helpful or, you know, make it a little easier.

What problems is SumUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use SumUp for everything in my store, like retail POS, inventory, and reports. The rewards program is integrated, which was hard to find elsewhere. It even runs on autopilot, making customer rewards easy and seamless, enhancing overall efficiency.

What do you dislike about SumUp?

Cash and ATH Móvil in Puerto Rico are great, but adding the SumUp was a total game-changer for my business. Now, my customers can pay quickly and securely with any credit or debit card. No more missed opportunities or turning customers away just smooth, easy checkout.

SumUp makes all the difference.

The setup was quick and easy, and the interface is very user-friendly. Transactions are fast and secure, giving me peace of mind and saving valuable time. Their customer support is responsive and helpful whenever I have questions. Overall, it’s a reliable and efficient solution that helps my business run smoothly!

My only complaint is that you can't use one hand-held device on two phones at the same time.

Easy Setup and Low Fees Make SumUp a Win for My Art Business

What do you like best about SumUp?

SumUp is an easy platform that was easy to set up when I first started my art business as well as the card reader. The transaction fees were lower than other platforms which was and still is definitely a huge plus.

What do you dislike about SumUp?

The only downside that SumUp has is that there is no way to integrate my inventory into my online store.

What problems is SumUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

The app is always updated so that is a big convenience when I am selling my artwork at outdoor markets.

Cheap, Simple Transactions with SumUp

What do you like best about SumUp?

I love SumUp because the transactions are so cheap and simple to use, and it only takes two taps. Using Apple Pay is also handy. The initial setup was incredibly easy; we just plugged and played.

What do you dislike about SumUp?

I have a problem with the screen being lopsided. Also, it would be great if the SumUp reader had a way to insert the card from the guest view, making it more visible for customers to dip their chip in.

I use SumUp for its cheap, simple transactions and Apple Pay support. It's easy to set up with a quick plug-and-play.

Easy to Use, Reliable, and Fair Processing Fees

What do you like best about SumUp?

I find it very easy to use and reliable. It keeps a good charge, doesn’t charge too much for a processing fee, and has been consistently helpful whenever I’ve had a problem.

What do you dislike about SumUp?

I don’t like that I can’t connect it to my Wix website as a payment plan.

What problems is SumUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am better able to keep/check inventory at farmers markets and vendor pop ups due to the integrated stock feature of the software.
