"One of the best programmatic platform."

What do you like best?

Native advertising was a key point in our awareness strategy. We were able to reach very niche markets thanks to a wide range of audience segments and features.

What do you dislike?

Domains/Website optimization can be a bit time-consuming. Additional filters by main KPIs (i.e.: low CTR) could help to do a bulk edit faster.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

No contract or minimum budget.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

More transparency

"great results -- much more potential"

What do you like best?

I like how easy it is to set up campaigns and the ability to exclude different publishers is what I truly enjoy. Also, the custom segments that the StackAdapt team put together brought in great results.

What do you dislike?

There's really not too much I don't like about StackAdapt. The platform can be a tad bit more intuitive, but that's with any tool out there; in my opinion.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

StackAdapt is a great tool to learn more about the programmatic landscape, and also to get some very in-depth strategies, rolling. The reps are excellent in providing new custom segments and getting strategies in motion.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were testing how we can improve the quality of the visitors that we were pulling in. The Engagement bid strategy was great in bringing in quality visitors, based off of their time on site. We wanted to retarget these users on another platform, but it did not work out as we expected, due to some budget limitations on our end.

"StackAdapt is Great to Work With"

What do you like best?

The people at StackAdapt who I've worked with are extremely easy to deal with and quick to respond to emails. If I have a question, I know that they'll get back to me by the end of the day. They offer suggestions on campaign optimizations and are quick to make the changes themselves in the backend.

What do you dislike?

The user interface is not the best I've seen and can take some time to get familiar with. I would love it if they added a date range selector. I've not seen success with driving conversions with StackAdapt.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

StackAdapt is a very good native advertising platform that has the most helpful support team of any platform I've used. If you are looking for cost-effective native advertising, this is a great place to start.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

StackAdapt is good at driving large amounts of awareness and top of funnel traffic.

"Insightful and Helpful Team"

What do you like best?

The people at StackAdapt are great to work with, always available for a call and to offer suggestions to improve our campaigns.

What do you dislike?

We advertise in a highly regulated category so some of the options available to us are limited, but the team does everything they can to open that up for us.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our biggest promblem is reaching a very specific audience, the StackAdapt team have been amazing at quickly turning around custom audiences for our purposes.

"Strong customer service with easy accessible data"

What do you like best?

The transparency StackAdapt provides makes me feel at ease with my campaigns, knowing we're running on premium sites that we can pull and view at any point in time. I also enjoy the flexibility of purchasing on a CPE and CPM basis.

What do you dislike?

I don't have any complaints at this point in time.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I enjoy having a UI that has every detail I want to see throughout my campaign. This allows for real-time optimizations and insights that are easily digestible.

"StackAdapt Continuously Innovating to Make it Easier for Buyers "

What do you like best?

When building the campaign, it is extremely beneficial how StackAdapt has set up their targeting options. Rather than sorting through hundreds of third party segments just to select 'female' or 'male', StackAdapt makes it easy and has those options easily electable in Demographic targeting sections.

Additionally, when doing pacing checks and looking to see how much a campaign has spent from start to day prior you choose "Before Today". This really has been a simple yet great feature.

What do you dislike?

It would be very beneficial to drag and drop the Campaign Manager tags file, rather than having to copy & paste each tag or format a StackAdapt Excel for creative uploads.

Also, as we are calculating the fees for running tags for creative vs having the platform serve them, it would be very beneficial to have a portion where we can apply 'Agency Fees' that would be calculated in the total spend. This way we can add a $.05-.07 CPM for ad serving fees that would be calculated by the platform vs manually. This would also help with spending our budgets in full and accurately.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The platform is really good for beginners and experts. It is very easy to train users that have not used DSPs before as well as do all of the functions and optimizations that an expert would apply.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Simplicity and results. Clients are very focused on CTR and CPC. StackAdapt provides the most efficient and effective results for our clients.

"StackAdapt is an incredible platform to offer the best services and customer service"

What do you like best?

First of all StackAdapt is a great tool that offers me the best options on websites and can thus provide the best service to our clients efficiently during the process. And above all to propose valuable suggestions that can be implemented in the business line. It is also important to show that this interface has helped me a lot in communicating with customers by offering the best services with great answers and information.

What do you dislike?

I would like the use of campaign structures to be much easier because it turns out to be a bit confusing in some cases. On the other hand, it is ideal that the possibility of being able to change the image sizes be given at the time the ads are created. It would be great.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

StackAdapt is really great for companies that carry out campaigns because it presents a wide variety of creativity for your promotion of content and advertisements on websites. I assure you that it is the best option due to the great functionality that it establishes.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Therefore, in our company we use StackAdapt because it gives us great benefits to establish excellent communication with our clients, being this a large-scale media platform. The truth is that we are very satisfied with the efficiency it has given us, thus obtaining very positive results in our workflow.

"StackAdapt and Core relationship"

What do you like best?

Brandon and Benjamin are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They work as a great team to get me answers, assistance and proposals turned around rather quickly. We've also had strong results with the StackAdapt campaigns. I like the targeting capabilities including access to Crossix data.

What do you dislike?

I can't think of anything offhand. We did run into a small snafu with the spelling of pediatrics. Apparently there is a different spelling Canada (paediatrics). Wish we would've caught that earlier.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would recommend StackAdapt to others. They have a responsive team, can provide insights, have the backing and support of Crossix and other smart technology. They focus on the digital space and I consider them experts.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We swapped out one programmatic partner with StackAdapt and have seen better traffic, better optimization, smarter trouble shooting.
