What do you like best?

Our organization is new to Salesforce and we have locations all over the United States. Spekit' s ability to integrate with our system, exactly when & where we need it, has been vital to our training and user adoption. Their customer support is outstanding and are always available to answer questions and offer suggestions on how to make the most of the system.

What do you dislike?

I can't think of anything we do not like!

Recommendations to others considering the product:

We cannot recommend Spekit enough. It has been vital to our success and has become something our teams use on a regular basis. We don't know what we would do without it!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

An issue we have had in the past with our training programs is the inability to make real time updates to processes. Spekit solves that problem by allowing you to update the instructions at any time and notify your team that there has been a change. We have also realized that not only can Spekit handle our Salesforce training, but we have also begun incorporated our Sales training materials into the system. It has been a total gamechanger to have everything in the same place!

What do you like best?

It's simple to use from everyone's perspective.

The implementation process was painless and very quick - I've never deployed a new system so easily. We were up and running within a week of executing our contract with quality prebuilt content as well as custom content around our core sales knowledge-base and tied our launch of Spekit to a launch a new Salesforce workflow.

From the admin side. Adding content is very easy. It saves our management and SME team time when developing content on new messaging or processes as we can collaborate and build training content right within Spekit and turn around and use the speks and topics live when introducing new content to our teams. In addition, it's very simple to edit content on the fly - if the admin or named SME sees an edit or need to map a field/process that wasn't included in our first launch, we can do right in Salesforce or other systems and push to teams within minutes.

Our end users were onboarded smoothly and saw immediate benefit from using this tool. By integrating knowledge directly into the systems they use on a daily basis, we've been able to empower our team to be more self sufficient and centralized content in an easy-to-use, searchable database that lives in their workflows v. a more traditional LMS or corporate drive.

Overall, couldn't be happier with our decision to move forward with Spekit. It's quickly becoming an essential tool in our tech stack.

What do you dislike?

At first, it seems daunting on how to add and structure content, but their support team helps you map out a plan to launch, provides solid best practices and are quick to respond when questions arise.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We decided to partner with Spekit to solve the following:

Improve Knowledge and System Adoption: Integrate knowledge directly into sales systems to improve rep competency. Increase ramp time for new hire onboarding.

Implement Process Change Management: provided a wiki to document current state sales processes and implement a feedback loop to ID process pain points and prioritize development efforts.

What do you like best?

I like that Spekit is versatile and easy to use. As a SF and systems Admin I dont have a ton of time to being able to document things and push it out to the team in less than 5 minutes is a game changer. Since it can be specific for any team it is a tool that everyone can use.

What do you dislike?

Honestly all the things I have disliked they have been changing so make them more user friendly and add more features. They are very open to listening to ideas and problems you would like to solve with Spekit and then addressing them with current or future ideas!

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Get a good base of info (definitions and how to's) in the system before rolling it out to get better buy in.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The sales reps I work with travel constantly and often times are working after hours, on their phone or in non-"normal" places like the airport. When they have a question, I am not always available to answer the questions or show them the "How to" so Spekit allows them to get this information when they need it. Even during normal hours I have meetings and things so this is putting the information in their hands.

What do you like best?

Some best features of Spekit are flexibility for team Specific functionality/visibility (as well as large/diverse team abilities), ease of use and time savings, on the spot feedback and exceptional support team/collaboration. Multiple filtering capabilities for hiding specific Salesforce field Speks. The possibilities seem endless, as it allows us to incorporate and build training in numerous ways. They always work with us to better enhance our experience.

What do you dislike?

When first implementing, we had some limitations we ran into due to the number of teams we had as well as our company size. However going back to the exceptional service and support team, anything we would inquire about or need, our support team would simply bring it up with their developers and add it to an enhancement list and provide us with a date that it would be implemented. So this isn't really a dislike, as if we run into anything, we simply collaborate with our support team and they consistently work with us on a way to try to enhance whatever our need may be!

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If your organization has a diverse or large team set using Salesforce, team specific setups and visibility, as well as time saver on the training material builds. It allows for on the spot feedback, allowing to update training when needed, quick builds, and want exceptional support, this is the tool to use . It has freed up time to do other things in which we previously had not been able to do or build.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We no longer have to manage word documents for up to 20 teams and consistently update those documents at different points in time. With this tool we micro-chunk out the process, use team specific folders providing access to all teams for the process that is shared. Provide team specific folders for the processes that are different across those teams. This allows for fast, on the spot updates to only those small chunks of the process for any specific team to be updated as needed. It also reduces the amount of hands on training, and allows the rep to locate/search for whatever step in the process they need, when they need it, where they need it. This also allows for new hire less hands-on training, providing them a table of contents (road-map), next steps, leading them in the directions they need to follow the workflow.

What do you like best?

The tool is very intuitive, user friendly and easy to set up! And from admin prospective easy to maintain.

What do you dislike?

It would be nice if the upload of screenshots is easier.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The sooner you implement the sooner your life as an Admin and user will become easier!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

End users are able to access instructions at their finger tips, as previously had to log in to our remote site,which was not always reliable. Everyone is using the most up to day guide, and not some word document they found from years ago - There is no more confusion as to what is the latest version of each guide. The team is more productive, and no longer need to dig to find instructions.

No major downsides so far. Users have been happy with it and adoption has gone smoothly.

With our team working remotely for the foreseeable future, they can now easily access instruction documentation without having to be on the remote desktop. Instructions previously had many versions saved in various folders, now users know they are using the most up to date instructions.

The Spekit team has been incredible in helping us chart a path from where we are to a fully deployed and adopted Salesforce implementation. David has led us through the many challenges of planning and communicating best practices to our user groups.

What do you dislike?

It can take time and effort to get people to try the tool for the first time. Many users get hooked once they try Spekit out with an open mind!

Communicating process flow and proper steps for moving opportunities through the sales pipeline. Showing how to use our tools in a fast, visual, and accessible way.

I can't create content fast enough to keep up with users' demand

Hour long training session recordings are not a good resource for someone to refer to for a quick answer. With continuous improvements being made to our Salesforce org, the training quickly becomes outdated. Now that we have Spekit, it is so easy for my users to find the answers they need without searching in numerous places or calling an expert. They are already changing their behavior to use Spekit first, and then look for help if the content isn't there yet. They're also using feedback to identify where they need more Speks.
