Working with customers through email can be difficult to keep track of especially if you're also needing to communicate daily within your company as well.

The daily planner, new boards and especially the remind function.

I don't dislike anything. It's all good to me. Wish they had a windows version. The ONLY reason I am still using gmail is because of Sortd.

Use all the function. This software is a game changer. Better than something like trello or Monday or Asana

Main issue is chasing people up on tasks. This takes away the need to remember everything.

I like the ease of categorizing and prioritizing my emails. It really helps me stay on top of items I need to address.

The sortd task reminders doesn't allow you to open the email directly to read, so I have to go into the emails directly to see what it is.

Kanban view is the greatest thing to happen to email that I have experienced. Having the boards, and the Day Planner view has allowed me to keep on top of my leads and proposal. Adding project and task management within my inbox also keeps me on track in one single software. Sharing emails across the team is amazing - no more forwarding, replying, trying to reply to the client, losing track of nested responses. We can share client lead emails on our team boards and discuss our plan within the discussion feature.

The extension still occasionally crashes. Once in a while I have to exit out of Sortd to check things in my Gmail inbox (spam filter, etc.). There are extensions into Gmail that won't work in the Sortd app - simple enough solution to set the view to Gmail instead of Sortd.

Keeping track of emails, including those I have to respond to later, or leads and inquiries has been the key problem I've solved. Kanban view allows me to put them onto the day planner view, to respond to the next day, set reminders to respond, and set follow ups with inquiries. It is a GAME CHANGER. I also use the Kanban view to move emails and tasks from my backlog through to done-done.

You can create as many categories as you need, like priority jobs, pending responses or simply put some categories to store mails and find them some months latter like HR team or IT incidences. Some features as put a due date or plan your day are so helpful.

I tried other products and the merge emails into a task is not as helpful as other products. In sortd you must enter the task to then change to the concrete email. It would be preferred to put it like a task inside a task and with an arrow on the first task you can expand it and click on the appropriate sub task.

Take one week to have all things ok and your live will be less painful.

Emails unseen and important task forgotten. You can use the inbox 0 policy by archiving email on the inbox and leave all the inbox categories empty knowing that verything is categoritzed and visible on the boards.

Sortd is a magical add on that unifies my life. Inbox by gmail is a great tool, but it wasn’t doing enough to keep our roster of authors and potential new writers organized. Sortd lets me see exactly what kind of information I need to be aware of to keep our company properly functioning and to keep our contacts happy.

This is a small thing, but I would love the colors and likes to be bolder so that column separation looks more dramatic. It helps with my eyes when looking at the screen for long periods of time.

We can look at a current author’s bullet points in just a few moments and get quick reminders that are helpful when trying to land new ones.

It provides the functionalities of what in the past I'd have to have used multiple resources for- it makes everything easier to organize and keep track of all in one place.

I genuinely have no dislikes about Sortd.

Try Sortd for project planning! I never had to use it at my company because we were too small, but it seems like it'd be great for larger companies.

It's keeps track of important tasks and contacts that I would normally just lose in my inbox, and allows me to come back to important emails at later times. The email tracking feature is also really helpful.

This software has been a game changer for me. The ability to thread multiple emails together into 1 task is the best feature. Emails no longer get lost in my inbox and I'm able to keep all the emails that relate to a project or task together for easy reference.

There is VERY little to dislike about this software. The most notable weakness is that after you've moved an email into a task list and someone responds to the email, it also pops back into your inbox queue. If an email has a lot of back & forth, this can become tedious, because to keep your inbox empty, you have to move the email to a task list and delete it. Occasionally, I wish that more emails/tasks were allowed in each list in the free version, but the limited number also prevents me from losing track of emails/tasks within endlessly long lists. The search function is not very useful, especially if you need to find an email from years ago. But its easy to toggle between the sortd dashboard and the tradition gmail screen, which has great search options.

ABSOLUTELY worth a try!!!!!! Its free and if it doesn't work well, there's no downside.

This product prevents me from getting overwhelmed or bogged down by tons of emails. In my job, I get lots and lots of emails every day that relate to multiple projects, multiple players and multiple due dates. I LOVE that I can pull emails out of an overwhelming inbox into lists and nest/thread emails together that relate to specific tasks or projects. It keeps everything organized and together! This software has 100% helped me stay on-task and made me more efficient managing multiple projects and due dates.

Where do I even start? My email was a mess before Sortd. It's seriously changed the way I organize and tackle my email. It's no longer that dreaded task every day, but rather much more manageable and productive. Seriously one of the best Chrome extensions out there. I love that I can switch between the Sortd dashboard and my inbox.

There really isn't anything I can note.

I'm not necessarily solving business problems rather increasing my efficiency and decreasing email burnout. It's much easier to tackle email now and not something I dread anymore.
