What do you like best about Snagit?SnagIt is so easy to use for day to day operations. I mainly use it for screenshots of reports that I share with colleagues. Occasionally, I have used the video feature. I contacted customer support for the 1st time via chat last month and they couldn't have been more helpful!What do you dislike about Snagit?So far, I haven't stumbled upon anything that I don't like about SnagItWhat problems is Snagit solving and how is that benefiting you?SnagIt allows me to easily share information regarding our prospects and clients to our senior management through screenshots.

What do you like best about Snagit?I'm constantly putting together materials for executive presentations. This makes bringing together all the elements so easy. I've been using it for over 7 years and will continue to.What do you dislike about Snagit?Nothing. What do you like best about Snagit?Immediate editing of screen captures includes some step stamps, highlighting, and arrows, which I often use. I use many other procedures to make my training materials, tutorials, and book writing more enjoyable.What do you dislike about Snagit?Capturing movies is not so good because sound does not record well and is tricky to fine-tune. I captured many movies only to find out that there was no sound and that I had to trash my work and time. It is too late to come back later not to know where those pages were. Recommendations to others considering Snagit? What problems is Snagit solving and how is that benefiting you?Capturing full-screen internet stories or pages takes a good bit of work to get it how I want, and I am picky about some things, as it should be, but there needs to be some improvements.

What do you like best about Snagit?being able to snap a snap and have it save in the library is great. I use a lot of the stamps, arrows etc.What do you dislike about Snagit?I am not fond of how thick the border is while looking at the library, the border of the software takes up too much space to go back and fortch with project and the library. Thinner library walls.What problems is Snagit solving and how is that benefiting you?I make short vids from my screen for training purposes

What do you like best about Snagit?I absolutely love everything about Snagit - I use screenshots and images a lot with my background in financial audit and accounting but the top features that make it superior to everything else I've tried are: What do you dislike about Snagit? Recommendations to others considering Snagit?1. Scrolling screenshots - I can just take one screenshot and scroll so I can capture an extra long document instead of taking multiple and stitching those together. This is a huge time saver!! What problems is Snagit solving and how is that benefiting you?2. Documentation - Having the ability to make those staight, clean highlights or boxes for exhibit or support AND THEN being able to move it around makes the documentation process so much quicker and less stressful.

What do you like best about Snagit?I'm attending college and I'm taking some online classes. I needed a way to capture the online lectures so I could review the material. I use the Snagit 'Recording' feature to capture all my lectures and I can review whenver I need. Its much better than taking notes and very easy to use.What do you dislike about Snagit?Sometimes when I'm reviewing the saved video it freezes but I think this may be an issue on my computer. Simply closing out and coming back in solves the issue.What problems is Snagit solving and how is that benefiting you?I'm able to record video that is not provided any other way.

What do you like best about Snagit?You can save time and avoid frustration with Snagit’s drag-and-drop functionality. You can easily move, resize, crop, and edit your screenshots without opening another program. Also you can also extract text from a screen capture or file and paste it into another document for edits! I use it the shortcuts probably 100+ times a day to take screenshots for support tickets. It's really enhanced our replies in customer support and is extremely easy to use. I love the fact that it integrates with Sharepoint and Onedrive.What do you dislike about Snagit?Updates can be a little slow, but there's not much to dislike about this software.What problems is Snagit solving and how is that benefiting you?Snagit helps create easier to understand responses to support requests and communicating with development teams by clearly marking up images or animated GIFs. Being able to use a keyboard shortcut to quickly apply templates to images cuts down time while keeping consistancy in image captures.

What do you like best about Snagit?I have used other tools but none seem anywhere near as slick as Snagit for just being able to know that you've screen shot or recorded a video clip and that it is actually there once you return to the application after the teams/zoom call etc. What do you dislike about Snagit? Recommendations to others considering Snagit?I was given greenshot when I was issued my laptop and had enquired about licensing through my company at the time. I am so used to using Snagit that I just purchased the product without worrying about re-imbursement. I need this daily and can only imagine how difficult my work day would be without this. I had my laptop in for repair for 2 weeks and had to use my backup macintosh without snag it and the tools provided with that are just not a touch on Snag it.What problems is Snagit solving and how is that benefiting you?The application can sometimes go astray. I've not had instances since upgrading to 2024 a few weeks back but I did find sometimes the library was difficult to bring up and required a complete close of the application. Maybe more the amount of things I run on my laptop, as I say this has not been an issue on this current version.
