What do you like best about SmartRecruiters?It is very friendly to the eye and easy to use. I have the ability to see the activity on my dash board for my team and able to see the progress for each role and get notification on each status the candidate hits a specific workflow. I have the ability to bulk action messaging the candidates in the pipeline all at once , reject them at once, even adding tags or change status all at once. really making my job easier.What do you dislike about SmartRecruiters?Some fields I cannot bulk action like for ex, if I have 100 candidates and would like to confirm my ownership that these belongs to me, I cannot bulk action this and add my name as the recruiter, also within the job itself, there is search tab, it is very difficult to add the all candidates names there or email address as the system doesn't get it right so I can bulk select specific candidates to either reject or change to specific status, it is really consuming lots of time.What problems is SmartRecruiters solving and how is that benefiting you?The portion where you can attach a calendar link for candidates to schedule a time within the job it self is really amazing and helping candidates to schedule asap which is the Auto-self scheduling.

What do you like best about SmartRecruiters?We had to free version of smartrecruiter that allow us to host 10 jobs and manage them for a long time. We did like the UI and ease of use and was able to take advantage of the product for a long time.What do you dislike about SmartRecruiters?Not much to be honest. For our free version, we lacked the ability to get a lot of resumes but we later resolved it through posting it on Linkedin and Indeed and Zip recruiter.What problems is SmartRecruiters solving and how is that benefiting you?Manage inbound resume, moved candidates in the right stage, communicate with candidate/ track communication and placed them at hiring stage while maintaining relationship with hiring manager.

What do you like best about SmartRecruiters?Enable hiring without any boundaries by freeing talent acquisition teams from the legacy of application tracking software. Also, I like the system of SmartRecruiters as it is the easiest to use for all levels of the recruitment team.What do you dislike about SmartRecruiters?Too many notifications are making no sense, as there are features that send constant notifications, but the notifications are only being received by the hiring manager. The system needs to be improved to also notify the recruitment team, so it becomes easier to get the exact notifications.What problems is SmartRecruiters solving and how is that benefiting you?Find the candidates in the easiest way and share the recruitment needs.

What do you like best about SmartRecruiters?One of the easiest applications to find the best talent in no time and especially their integration with third parties makes it much easier & fun to find the candidates. I frequently use this. It has great customer support and it can easily be implemented in any company.What do you dislike about SmartRecruiters?There are no downsides to SmartRecruiters.
