What do you like best about Skillable?Skillable's support system is top-notch. I had encountered a technical issue in the course of delivering my course to my students, and I reached out, and a support technician was assigned to me almost immediately, who provided a solution to me in less than 2 hours. I was able to resolve the issue. Secondly, as an instructor, the grading of lab performance by Skilable is superb.What do you dislike about Skillable?I would not complete saying I do not dislike anything about skillable. However, I would point out the fact that when a course has closed, exporting the result becomes a little bit challenging. If that can be simplified, it would be a great fit.What problems is Skillable solving and how is that benefiting you?Skillable is providing an effective and friendly lab and classroom environment for my organization and myself. It makes tracking students' attendance and performance easier.

What do you like best about Skillable?For me as a trainer I love that I'm able to help students with their labs, even if they are at the other side of the globe. Just like standing next to them. The overview page give me a clear view of where the students are during their labs and It give me an understanding of their progress and whether they are having problems with the contents of their lab. During Covid we continued to provide training to our students. This was a lot harder then before because we had to keep our physical distance. With Skillable we were able to treat the students in the room, the same as the student online. At made it possible for us to help them through this hard time and we've been busier as ever. What do you dislike about Skillable? Recommendations to others considering Skillable?The customer support work very quickly, the few times I've needed it, it was mostly solved with a reasonable time.What problems is Skillable solving and how is that benefiting you?It's not precisely Skillable, but i would love to have more opportunity to do impromptu demo's that might go a little outside of what the lab is for.

What do you like best about Skillable?I am enthusiastic about the Skillable platform, which I use for my IT training. The virtual labs run very stably directly in the browser and offer real practical experience instead of dry theory. The operation is intuitive, and the learning effect is high because you can try everything out directly. I find the immediate start in the browser great, as mistakes have no consequences and you get direct feedback. I particularly appreciate the stability and performance as well as the synchronization with the course progress. The initial setup was very easy.What do you dislike about Skillable?I find the occasional loading times and the screen size problematic.What problems is Skillable solving and how is that benefiting you?Skillable enables practical learning in the browser without installation and fear of mistakes. It provides immediate feedback and high stability, which supports real-world relevance in IT training.

What do you like best about Skillable?Skillable provides a virtual real time experience for students to get hands on practice with the software they wish to learn. We can put exercise files and the software on a virtual machine and have all the students log in with their individual Id's so they can get a hands on experience with the software. Adults learn better if they can follow a book, hear the instructor and practice hands on training. The success rate is far better for individuals who can do all three of the above learning methods. Skillable provides that type of atmospherre. We as instructors can also monitor the students computers and give assistance when necessary. I believe that type of training environment builds confdence in the students taking that class and also make the instructors job much easier.What do you dislike about Skillable?I would like to see a button or link on the page with the participants or in the chat area to monitor the students computers without having to go back to the dashboard. That would be very helpful.What problems is Skillable solving and how is that benefiting you?I teach computer software classes on line and have used skillable for the past few years with great success. Students are able to log in and use the software and applications with ease. I also love the idea that I can take a refresher course with the skillable online classes whenever I want and have time to do it.
