What do you like best about Siro?
I love how well it organizes recordings across a team. Being able to search by objection, agent or almost anything else!

Fast Track to Improving D2D Sales
What do you like best about Siro?
Recomendation feature to show how coworkers were able to overcome ojections that I wasnt able to, therefore giving immediate feedback on how I could improve.
What do you dislike about Siro?
Battery drain on phone while in field, and high data needs to upload data.
What problems is Siro solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the problem of not knoing whats marketers were saying at the door, and why they weren't having sucess. Having recordings of all interactions made it very simple to solve all the smaller problems, along with the major ones.

What do you like best about Siro?
For years, we tried to get our sales representatives to record themselves so that we could coach and train them better. For years, we struggled to not only get the reps to record, but to be able to listen through all of the unnecessary parts of audio to get to the important bits. SIRO allows us to drastically change our approach and our ability to listen, respond and tailor our coaching to better serve our people in their pursuit of winning.
What do you dislike about Siro?
At this time, I do not have much negative to report only because of the tremendous upside to this tool and our newness in its Implementation.
What problems is Siro solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maximizing our time is our most important attribute as a small business. We want to build and lead big teams, but want to make sure each individual is appropriately trained and coached according to their needs and ability. SIRO allows us a wide range of ability to connect with each individual where they are and approach them with the best knowledge base to help them grow, and ensure they are implementing the coaching feedback day to day.

A Game Changer to the D2D Space!
What do you like best about Siro?
I have been managing reps in the door to door industry for 5 years and never had the bandwidth to go into the field and coach up every single rep. I never had enough hours in the day to go and train the low performing reps in the field and my focus and efforts were better spent on my top performing reps. When I would go and shadow in person, there was only so much visibility that I could see since these reps were trying to show me their top game and have me point out what they could improve on. With Siro I can now see authentic behavior and consistent habits that may cause low performance with our reps. Since often times they forget they are being recorded. They are also more productive since they know they are being recorded and will actually work rather than sitting in their car watching a movie or something similar. It has been a huge cost saving to our door to door program and was well worth the money invested into it. I've had attentive and supportive responses from the Siro team that make any issues we deal with resolved quickly. We have all our setting team on this app and use it all the time to train and gain insight into what's going on in the field.
What do you dislike about Siro?
One thing that could be improved with Siro is having an amplified audio where if there is wind or sirens in the background or other noises get muted out and have it dial in on the conversations happening. Another thing is how it drains the battery of the device quickly and that the low data mode on it makes it so that their recordings don't upload until it is turned off or connected to wifi, makes giving quick response to people more difficult. I also wish that their desk top version was more like the mobile version where it breaks up conversations with the rep and the customer, rather than having the transcript all one giant paragraph. I also wish that on the desktop version you could give audio feedback when commenting like on the mobile version of the app. With my job it would be more easy and efficient if I didn't have to jump back and forth for features that I like on the mobile and desktop version.
What problems is Siro solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is saving us cost from the time theft that was going on with dishonest reps. Because we offer an hourly wage and not just commission, we would have people who would sit in vehicles, parks, at home, ect. The list goes on that would steal time from the company and fake their knocking and blame it on the software, their phones or something when confronted. Now we can actually verify if they are in the field knocking or not.

Innovative product
What do you like best about Siro?
I've been selling d2d for 11 years.. a difficult part of the job is having enough time to shadow new or even experienced reps on the doors to give them feedback. The Siro app gave me the ability to listen in on 10-20+ pitches daily as if I was standing on the door with the reps myself. Everything is scribed so it can be read and listened to, highlighting/flagging objections throughout. It's also very easy to send feedback during specific parts of the pitch.
What do you dislike about Siro?
Nothing comes to mind.. team is very good about taking feedback if it's ever needed
What problems is Siro solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables me to have way more time during the day. I can focus on tasks for my team and my own personal customers since I don't have to spend multiple days weekly shadowing many sales reps.

Incredible Software - easy implementation
What do you like best about Siro?
The software is pretty remarkable. I'm blown away by how well it sorts through out pitch and bookmarks each individual section.
What do you dislike about Siro?
There are some minor glitches that pop up here and there, but the team is always quick to respond to any requests

We don't have time to shadow all of our salerep and give them real "on the doors training". This allows us to do that.

Game changer for your sales organization
What do you like best about Siro?
The opportunity to hear your sales people in the field. You save time by not doing ride along with a bunch of down time between decision makers. They can learn how to be better sales people by listening to others in SIRO. You can send them voice memos while they are actively out in the field selling.
What do you dislike about Siro?
Getting your team use to utilizing something new.
What problems is Siro solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sales people are actively learning how to get better in the field by using SIRO. They see the teams metrics, where they stand in relation to the rest of the team. It helps my sales managers during their 1 on 1's to help coach them to get better with objections, asking questions and so on.

Data Driven Sales Training
What do you like best about Siro?
One of the challenges I have as a manager is to have oversight on what my guys are saying at the doors so I can coach them... especially new guys. Siro makes it super easy to give instantaneous feedback. This also allows me to vet and validate which appointments are quality so I'm not wasting my closers' time going to unqualified appointments.
What do you dislike about Siro?

The geotagging feature is awesome for 1-1's so I can look through RepCard for go-backs and plug the address into Siro to find out how to best approach the situation.

What do you like best about Siro?
so informative and is perfect for growth. It has the ability for us to grow by listening to the recordings and identifying what we can improve on. Also the insights provide a great way of pacing/holding dialogues that are best for the customer to understand. Also to reveal the control that we hold in an appointment. It also leaves supervisors and leaders the ability to comment on things to improve on. Their customer service is also always replying to requests as fast as possible. It is easy to use and implement all the perks of this application, and also fluid to use everyday.
What do you dislike about Siro?
Android optimization, some times the app closes by itself. While the app is amazing, there were multiple instances were recordings were deleted by themselves. My guess is because it is not as optimized in Android as much as Apple

Far more insightful and beneficial than I originally expected!
What do you like best about Siro?
At first I thought listening to myself speak would be boring. But then I realized all the massive insights and tonality changes I needed to address that wouldn't have been possible without Siro. Now I swear by it! It's amazing!
What do you dislike about Siro?
Once in a while there are bugs. For example. If I take a phone call that lasts longer than three minutes. Once I hang up the Siri recording stops and I have to restart a new one.
