Efficient CRM with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about SalesSeek?I really like SalesSeek's visual sales funnel and contact‑level activity history which fit perfectly with my role as a European Market Business Development Executive at EuropaConnect Trade Leipzig, our 32‑person import‑export firm. It allows me to manage European trade partnerships efficiently by attaching every email, call, and virtual meeting note from idiligo business directly to each contact record. This makes it easy to review past communications with German, Austrian and other EU importers and exporters and always stay updated on each partnership's status. When I handled our machinery‑partner pipeline last quarter, I heavily relied on the visual sales funnel. I could sort opportunities by partnership stage, country, and industry, quickly filtering to spot which partners were in active negotiation and which needed urgent follow‑up. Before moving to SalesSeek, I worked with Teamleader plus separate spreadsheets. I once missed a critical follow‑up with a potential Austrian equipment importer because the meeting notes were buried in a separate sheet, nearly costing us a valuable cooperation chance. I also value the task reminder feature, which alerts me for check‑in calls and proposal deadlines, keeping me organized without the need for juggling multiple personal calendars. These core features significantly boost my daily efficiency by cutting down the time I spend digging through scattered documents, allowing me to focus more on building real‑world cross‑border import‑export business relationships. What do you dislike about SalesSeek? The biggest frustration is its limited email‑template functionality for European‑market B2B trade scenarios. The built‑in templates are very generic. When sending partnership outreach, cooperation proposals and periodic partner nurture emails to different EU regions, I cannot save multiple localized German‑language and English‑language template variants natively. I have to draft messages externally and paste content into the contact record each time. During a large‑scale sourcing round for German metal importers, this repetitive copy‑paste work ate into time I should have spent on actual partner negotiations. Reporting also lacks trade‑focused metrics out of the box. I need to track partner conversion rates by EU country and average cooperation cycle length for import‑export projects, yet these are not pre‑configured; I have to build custom reports manually every single time. Duplicate detection is basic, only checking exact company name matches. After importing new prospects from B2Brain, I ended up with two separate entries for one Bavarian trading company that used its official legal name and a shorter brand name across different sources. There’s no bulk‑merge option, so I had to combine records one‑by‑one. Additionally, CSV exports often corrupt German umlaut characters such as *München*, forcing me to manually correct names and locations before saving datasets to Nextcloud for team useWhat problems is SalesSeek solving and how is that benefiting you?SalesSeek solves many messy manual‑record headaches we experienced when we relied on Teamleader and disjointed spreadsheets. Back then contact data, meeting notes and follow‑up tasks lived in different places, and I nearly lost a promising Austrian equipment importer because I overlooked a scheduled check‑in. SalesSeek centralizes all client and partner data inside one shared CRM platform. Its visual sales funnel, full contact‑level communication logs, and built‑in task reminders greatly improve organization and opportunity tracking for our whole European trade‑partner pipeline. I can clearly track every potential importer‑exporter cooperation from first contact all the way to signed agreement. I no longer waste hours hunting across multiple files to find conversation context. I can easily single out high‑value EU partners and allocate my working time to meaningful negotiation and relationship‑building work. Our team makes far fewer careless follow‑up oversights, and our overall business‑development workflow feels much more predictable and structured for our import‑export operations.

CRM system is in SS Okay for what you get
What do you like best about SalesSeek?
It is a CRM that works, you build what you want however there are some things within SS that make it hard to use.
What do you dislike about SalesSeek?
The speed of it - It can take far too long for loading, also the ability to open up certain things in seperate windows really does slow the system down for us. There is no calendar view to be able to see tasks like that - It can make things hard. When it runs slow it really runs slow and this can make it very hard for us to use. Also the task management system in there could be so much better in terms of being able to be more responsive. Having to search for certain fields which we use on a day to day basis does not always show up

Sales Made easy?
What do you like best about SalesSeek?
Salesseek is created as an innovative and creative technology. There are many new and fresh ideas that want to change the way people see and foresee their sales process and forecast.
What do you dislike about SalesSeek?
All the best ideas aren't meant to work. Changes and innovation in the way something should work can't always be a fit and/or a genuine idea. You come down, sometimes to basics simply not working. Tasks being too long to show up, system running slow, search bar not smart at all and requiring you to be precise in your wordings otherwise it wouldn't simply show up any result. Delivering a very graphical product is a great achievement but it should make it's basic job and then be built on a strong and reliable base in order to add further features to the existing and satisfactory ones.
Recommendations to others considering SalesSeek?
SalesSeek is a system that can be valuable for smaller business that don't need to have a lot of additional fields otherwise this can quickly end up being very very messy and so complex to understand.
What problems is SalesSeek solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this and so resolve our needs of CRM and internal communication about our customers.
