It can be easily adaptive, Focus oriented, Salesforce eases up work load by timely tracking of data and preparation of charts. By the frequency of use it understands your next step and make it available in dashboard. Ease of integration across different platforms . Good customer support, It's pretty good to have a hands on experience in Salesforce.
