What do you like best about Salesforce Field Service?
All information is on salesforce . We can contact the customer on Salesforce and all information is within the application. We can also contact the customer over phone. Additionally, all information for all client contacts are available on Salesforce in one place.
What do you dislike about Salesforce Field Service?
Nothing so far. Salesforce meets every criterias used in our project.
What problems is Salesforce Field Service solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to hear from the customer and be able to contact the customer from the same platform. The project status also needs to be visible to all. This was a problem before and salesforce has resolved this.

It’s a one stop shop for field workers who are working appointments and conducting services to customers!!

Haven’t ran across any downside! I don’t know the cost, but it may be expensive as all things Salesforce usually are!

It incorporates customer information, customer needs for appointments, etc. Field workers no longer have to go to several various platforms to find information needed on a call as everything they need is in a user-friendly interface.

I keep track of my database in a detail oriented way.
What do you like best about Salesforce Field Service?
It is user friendly and keeps all my records in order. I love how it has integrations with different softwares such as dialpad and calendly. Powerdialer with dialpad is one of my personal favorites.
What do you dislike about Salesforce Field Service?
Sometimes the integrations don't work properly. They still have a few bugs with dial pad specially. In my field it is annoying.given that I handle a lot of calls and I find myself erasing cookies all the time in order to use Salesforce properly

It helps us keep reports of cancelling students and keep track of leads. It also hold the data bases for the different programs we work with as a college helping us keep detailed notes and details about each lead. It also allows us to do bulk emailing and sms. Salesforce has made my work life much easier.
