What do you like best about Remo Conference?I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content for social media. A big part of my work is educating people about nutrition, healthy lifestyle habits, and general wellness through online content and awareness activities. Because of this, I often need platforms that can support educational events while keeping participants engaged. What I like about Remo Conference is that it makes virtual events feel more interactive and engaging than a regular online meeting. Getting started was simple, and creating an event did not take much time. I was able to set up an event, manage registrations, share event links, and organize attendees without much effort. I also like features such as networking tables, attendee interaction, chat, speaker presentations, and event customization. These features help create a more active environment where people can participate, ask questions, and interact with others instead of only listening. What do you dislike about Remo Conference? Recommendations to others considering Remo Conference?For health education and awareness activities, it is useful to have event management, audience engagement, communication, networking, and attendee management available in one place. This helps me organize virtual workshops, educational sessions, awareness programs, and community discussions more effectively. The networking and interaction features are especially useful because they encourage conversations and make events feel more engaging. The overall performance has been good in my experience. Event setup is smooth, navigation is easy, pages load quickly, and attendee access is simple to manage. Managing different parts of an event feels organized, which helps me focus more on delivering educational content rather than handling technical issues. Whenever I need to host a virtual event, educational program, networking session, or community discussion, Remo Conference provides the main tools I need in one platform. Overall, it offers a good balance of ease of use, useful features, flexibility, attendee engagement, and event management while keeping the experience simple and professional.What problems is Remo Conference solving and how is that benefiting you?The event space customization options are useful, but I occasionally feel the event setup area could be more streamlined. Some settings are spread across different sections. Also, website interface could be a little more simplified in some areas. There are many useful options available, which is good for flexibility, but new users may need a little time to become familiar with the event creation and management workflow.

What do you like best about Remo Conference?We used Remo for hosting an Open Space session with remote participants, and the overall experience was very positive. What do you dislike about Remo Conference? Recommendations to others considering Remo Conference?What really stood out was how easy it was to create a sense of presence and movement in the space. The ability for participants to freely choose tables and move around matched the Open Space format perfectly, resulting in a much more natural and engaging experience compared to traditional video meetings. What do you like best about Remo Conference?To begin with it was my experience with Aniket that gave me the confidence to proceed with Remo and enlist all my trust. This was a massive event with over 280 participants having to access the Platfrom at the same time. The flexibility Remo provided with helping to execute it. It gave the feel our actual event brings usually. The plus was synchronized sessions happening in real time simultaneously.What do you dislike about Remo Conference?That the participants we split between 2 floors which made it difficult for me to restrict movement. If there was an option to lock certain participants on a table rather than locking the table itself. That would allow judges to freely move while participants were bound by their own tables avoiding them from moving around and seeing other presentation. It was hard to lock 45 tables and unlock them which led to privacy of other tables being exploited.Recommendations to others considering Remo Conference?It helped us conduct multiple sessions in the same duration rather than having to schedule typical breakout rooms or schedule meetings back to back. The feel Remo gave was exactly of what we would experience if ithe event was in person. Moreover, it did the job of exhausting the judges from running around which is exactly how they feel on the actual physical event. What do you like best about Remo Conference?I like the ability to design my own rooms at Remo Conference because it feels a bit more like a real event.What do you dislike about Remo Conference?For me, it was difficult to use the Safari browser.What problems is Remo Conference solving and how is that benefiting you?Remo Conference solves organizational problems such as travel for physical events and offers the possibility to design your own spaces, making it feel more like a real event.

What do you like best about Remo Conference?Recreating a real-life event: options to network, integrate Keynote Speaches, Panel Talks, interactive touchpoints and so on. Also our contact person is always available and helps us create the event as individual as we need. We really like the cost/benefit.What do you dislike about Remo Conference?There are some limitations, as amount of people at one floor or one table. Some smaller functionalities individual to our needs (for instance a speaker in presentation mode cannot see hands raised.)What problems is Remo Conference solving and how is that benefiting you?Our customers have limited time and need to save travel costs. With a digital event we can reach everyone.

What do you like best about Remo Conference?I appreciated the customer service from Aniket and how helpful, patient, and accommodating he was. He truly went above and beyond to help us. I liked that we could have multiple events at once, and the banner feature was a nice addition.What do you dislike about Remo Conference?The screen sharing on the PowerPoint app was not as straight forward as it seemed.What problems is Remo Conference solving and how is that benefiting you?Remo is letting us have the capability to host a large virtual conference as well as meetings and sessions that are easy to understand. What do you like best about Remo Conference?What I really like about Remo is how well it supports large, interactive virtual events like the career fairs I host each year. Recommendations to others considering Remo Conference?One of my favorite features is the ability to customize the event layout to match the way we run our fairs. Setting up tables, branding, and different spaces for employees and candidates helps the event feel organized and intentional rather than just another large video call. It allows participants to move around, have meaningful conversations, and network naturally. What problems is Remo Conference solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Remo Conference?Ease of use. The platform is very flexible for all sorts of business event forum needs. New users find it easy to navigate and the rich feature list is ideal for highly effective virtual collaboration. The account team is highly responsive as well!What do you dislike about Remo Conference?The sub-room whiteboard feature is pretty demanding. Had scenarios where even when moving to a different room, the whiteboard followed the user. I think this has been fixed since.What problems is Remo Conference solving and how is that benefiting you?Needed to rapidly set up a forum that would have large lobby and then many large break-out rooms with specific pre-defined characteristics. The Remo platform was ideal for this use case and enabled a configurable reliable forum for single use.

What do you like best about Remo Conference?it is the perfect platform to host recruitment events. I love that each table is its own room and we can host everyone on one plat form.What do you dislike about Remo Conference?I wish that the size of the tables could be larger, if there was a way to go up to 20 participants at a table that would be great.What problems is Remo Conference solving and how is that benefiting you?we are hosting a large recruitment event where we have over 60 hiring managers attend on multiple days. this platform is allowing us to host everyone in one setting and let the candidates network with multiple tables.

What do you like best about Remo Conference?It offers a very “true-to-life” experience! You feel like you are with people in person!What do you dislike about Remo Conference?I wish the seat selection was a bit more intuitive ie pointing to a seat outside you in that particular seat. As it is currently, you are seated based on the order set when the floor plan was designed.What problems is Remo Conference solving and how is that benefiting you?It offers an exciting experience for meetings which makes participants more likely to show up enthusiastic! It is easy to setup and use. Also, customer support is fast and they usually respond quickly.
