What are the best aspects of this product?
I am truly glad that I stumbled upon Razor Sync because it makes life easier for everyone at the office. The primary function of this tool is to basically take our workflow to the next level. We don't have to spend too much time creating manual invoices, tracking attendance, and computing for payroll every two weeks. Also, tech appointments are easily tracked and scheduled via the app to make sure that we would be able to attend to each of our clients while on the field.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I think that Razor Sync is an efficient app to work with. However, there are some opportunities that they need to work on. For example, the templates that we use are quite limited. As much as I would like to customize it by adding more details I am unable to do it because of its restrictions.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Customer appointments are now made easier to manage on our end. We know where the techs are headed and what time should they start billing the clients. Also, it allows us to communicate in advance with clients so they know that our techs are coming at a certain date and time. Basically, Razor Sync allows us to perform multiple functions in one single app. Meaning you can do extra work even if you are away from your desk.
