I've been using ProWritingAid for years. Recently, my laptop crashed, and I had to get a new computer. The staff at ProWritingAid helped me transfer my lifetime subscription to the new laptop. When I had trouble getting it to run, they were quick to help. Now it's up and running. I'm happy with the software and with the ProWritingAid team.

The software is great for improving your writing and has many features to customize the writing goals etc. I used it for my bachelor thesis to make sure it sound academic enough and also to check grammar, spelling , tone, neutrality and many more aspects.

Also the customer service was excellent! Shoutout to Stacey who swiftly and effectively helped me with an issue. I was trying to cancel the subscription which hadn’t worked and thus charged my account. After reaching out to customer service I also opened a case. However this would’ve not helped me whatsoever, and kindly, Stacey gave me other options for a refund and then also initiated the refund after.

Extensive, and incredibly comprehensive tool for correcting your texts. I've used it in manuscripts, some more than a 100,000 words and it does the job!
There are times when you don't get what you want, it's possible to tailor it to your own needs, by way of cancelling certain types of suggestions.
A couple of times I had to get in touch with support, especially when you're problem is not only FAQs. He always came back to me with a fix – and if they did not understand what I meant, I send them a screenshot. Within no time, the problem was sorted.

Always a pleasure to exchange with the support team. Polite, efficient, and quick.

I noticed that the ProWritingAid software did not appear in all applications. I was curious but not dismayed because it did work in all apps I needed it. Writing for help to find out why, the support folks diligently searched for a reason until they found it. And they kept me informed and asked clarifying questions along the way. Even though I was the ultimate cause (user error) their care and interest was above and beyond. They are great at what they do and they work to make the rest of us better writers.

With English, my fifth language, writing books and doing copy for WEB sites is challenging. I use Word 365 which includes an editor, but I found Pro Writing Aid better. I tried the other Grammarly too but did not like their support. So, PRA for me, anytime, then it got better!

They upgraded it with a few things that I thought would be great and many that I never knew I needed.

So, for me, Pro Writing Aid all the way for writing my books and copy for my web pages.

Everything about it is what I need! I love the editing feature, the suggestions, and the critiques. I love to be able to use it with Microsoft Word.

I have been a user of ProWritingAid for 3 years. I have found it to be the most flexible, user friendly and economic of all the grammar, and formatting tools I've used in my 12 years of authoring. Furthermore, on the 3 or 4 occasions I've needed help, it has been forthcoming in full and understandable measure. I would not be without it.
