The initial setup was straightforward, and the purchasing process is well structured and efficient. Features such as catalog management and the integration of PunchOut catalogs significantly simplify and accelerate the ordering process, helping us manage procurement in a more organized and streamlined way.

Another standout feature is the flexible approval workflow. It allows us to define approval processes based on departments, spending limits, and other business requirements. This provides excellent transparency throughout the approval cycle and significantly reduces the need for manual follow-ups.

What truly sets Precoro apart, however, is its support team. Responses are consistently fast, professional, and highly knowledgeable. Whenever we have questions or require assistance, the team delivers helpful solutions promptly, making the overall experience even more positive and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation.What do you dislike about Precoro?Overall, we are very satisfied with Precoro and have had a positive experience with the platform. The only feature we currently miss is a native DATEV integration. Since DATEV is one of the most widely used accounting systems in German-speaking countries, a direct integration would greatly streamline the payment and accounting process for many businesses. Adding this functionality would make Precoro even more attractive for organizations in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.What problems is Precoro solving and how is that benefiting you?One of the key strengths is the end-to-end visibility into procurement and budget processes. Having purchase requests, POs, and invoices connected makes it easier to understand the complete transaction and helps provide better control over company spending. It’s been really nice to be able to integrate Amazon within the system as well, and it makes the overall experience feel smoother and more convenient.What do you dislike about Precoro?There isn’t much I dislike about Precoro.What problems is Precoro solving and how is that benefiting you?It’s helping solve our company’s challenge of having multiple campuses place orders through a single system, deliver to multiple locations, and keep everything combined in one place. It’s also allowing us to use one system for all orders instead of piecemealing purchases, buying items on our own, and then needing to get reimbursed later.

It is not a dislike as much as it is overwhelming at times.
