It brings practical applications to learning IT concepts. Our students are able to work with real servers/computers and now that we are training remotely, Practice-Labs is invaluable to our training delivery and very cost effective.

Overall, this is a great tool. No complaints.

Great addition to any training methodology. The tutorial is helpful for users to understand how to navigate the platform. Some coaching/guidance with users may be required to help them get comfortable with the tool.

We are an organization that values practical learning and now not being onsite on a regular basis, we can still give our students access to real equipment.

My company provides apprenticeship training in technical occupations including cybersecurity. For cybersecurity labs, I checked with several lab providers, but by far, Practice Labs had the best price with very comprehensive labs. Their sales rep was very thoughtful to accommodate our program specifics when we arranged the agreement.

It is not "dislike", but it would be great if more pricing options (like monthly or quarterly) would be available instead of onetime, upfront fees.

Love the customer service that this company provides. I have had students in classes in the evenings run into an issue trying to access their labs (usually user error!) and Jake has resolved the issue even after hours!

Practice Labs gives students the ability to put the theory into practice. We include Practice Labs with all our certification courses at Dion Training because they give our students the edge they need to perform well in the workplace!

The lbs are fantastic, but can be a bit slow yo load for students in Africa.

The labs give students real world experience and skills beyond the textbook.

I love and have loved practice-labs.com for a few years now I've used them for CCNA(ICDN1 & 2) and now Sec+, honestly having my own homelab I can say that labbing on real equipment is settling and the tutorials are amazing 10/10 all day long!

I don't have a dislike, besides when I forget to click the timer and log myself out, but that's on me.

You honestly won't believe how thorough and how much it sticks EXACTLY to the exam blueprint I can't recommend them enough!

I am solving many issues from Networking to Security by using their labs, the benefits are huge because you're using real equipment with thorough tutorials I'd of been lost without them for CCNA.

I love that these labs use real virtual machines. They're not simulations. Students can get in there and explore real OS environments, real network configurations, and real security/troubleshooting tools. The instructions are detailed with good screenshots. And there are gradable interactions throughout the labs, such as taking screenshots of a student's work or answering questions about the activities.

If you have several VMs running, sometimes the user interface gets buggy.

We use Practice Labs to give students hands-on experience and practice with problem solving and troubleshooting. There's more consistency across classes and much less setup for instructors.

What i like best about the online labs is that they prepare an individual for real work experience.

what i dislike, is the network connection,it disconnects itself.

The problems that i am solving is a personal problem, the online labs are helping me to gain confidence and believe in me by providing me with a platform to gain skills and experience.

Practice Labs is an excellent tool for my students. We use it for a variety of CompTIA certifications, and students really like how it functions. All it requires is a web browser and an Internet connection--nothing more! As an instructor I appreciate the immediate feedback to students, the embedded questions, and even the ability for them to explore different approaches within the virtual lab. The labs are comprehensive and have sufficient detail.

On occasion it may take 20+ seconds for the virtual machine to fully launch, but once that is completed there is no problem with response times.

The problem Practice Labs solves for us is that we do not have to purchase or administer the infrastructure for giving students an online virtual environment, nor do we have to try to create labs. The benefits are significantly reduced costs for us.

Practice-Labs is an essential tool for any learning journey whether you are looking to pursue certification or learn a new skill. While traditional learning is great, this allows you to apply your knowledge working through the expertly written exercises. In addition, learning does stop at the labs, these are great environments for a sandbox and you can test anything that comes up as you look to acquire or refresh yours skills.
